Legend of the Female General Episode 12

đđMs Song chastising He Yan for jealousy.đ€Łđ I enjoyed the arrow zipping past him tho. That was a man to general conversation.đThat was a slick set up to get He Yan tossed in the brig. She was right, there was an inside man. Lei Hou would have been a more obvious choice had I not thought he left with the Elite squad. I am glad she got the tools she needed from Ms Song to kick his ass but not kill him. Living evidence.đ Here I just really wanted to smack Shen. He knew Xiao Jue always backed her up, and correctly so, but this foolish second wonât actively investigate other than more guard shifts and a cursory exploration of their âpatientâ. I absolutely loved He Yanâs chat with their general. She got to take out both brothers. They were fated. Shen knew that they would not survive and for all his military experience he was not inspiring. When she charged out on that flag post and challenged the general to his face I wanted to cheer. She was familiar with his footwork thanks to that 15 flag dual so better prepared than anyone there. He drew blood best but she drew blood first, second, and third time and made sure face wounds to goad him. Ms Song will definitely be in love after being rescued. đ She did at least get to finish off General and those men were ready to fight. And for the elite squad to arrive and Xiao Jue there to guard herâŠ.that was an excellent moment. I blasted her last episode for being too familiar. This episode, she was exactly what the garrison needed. Xiao Jue again did choose correctly leaving her there. Now I have no idea how Cheng deduced she was female via pulse. Do we have gender based wrist pulses that I am not aware of?đThe way he passed the dressing kit to Xiao Jue and told him to take care of it.đThat slight dab at her wound, I was thinking she would bleed out before he cleaned anything. đHer faith in him to get back in time for her.đ„° Cheng is off to make meds and I really wanna know what they are gonna do with Lei Hou. Excellent episode!

The race continues for ledgers. He Yan is demanding Xiao Yu get justice for the twelve young women buried in courtyard. He assures her he has a plan but doesnât have to confide the details. There is yet another banquet of expensive dishes and luxury items. Sun is put on the spot to provide his tax ledgers and the merchants that did not comply. The merchants are both encouraged and discouraged to eat. Xiao Yu sees they are not free to talk so he suggests visiting a newly discovered sight. The merchants find their daughters and they want answers. While this disturbance distracts, aides from both sides vie for the ledger. Chuâs guard was better at subterfuge and escaped with the real ledger. Sun and son are demanding evidence and Ms Song shows up. He Yan also cites getting the statue makers to verify dates. So now crooked official tries to get guards but the commanderâs soldiers show up instead. When he tries to confess, Chuâs guard killed him. The girls were reunited with families for proper burial and the three unidentified were moved to a peaceful location. I am hoping the henchman was allowed to stay there. It is a fitting spot. Hopefully official and son will join him. He Yan has ticked off her brotherâs tactics but still has no clue why Xiao Jue holds a grudge. She has not learned the depth of treachery her family gave to the generalâs family in addition to her. When she finds out, the two swords will unite and bring hellfire reckoning to them. Canât wait to see it. Cheng was just animatedly describing the venomous woman he was glad he avoided when she exited from the coach and chased him down at high speed.đChu also reminded He Yan of her sword dance letting her know he would hide her gender. I am still not sure why. He looks so gentle and itâs juxtaposed with pure amoral ambition. The next level villains will have to start showing since their underlings are getting removed from play. The merchants have sent them home with provisions to show their gratitude. Xiao Jue was overwhelmed. It has been awhile since his efforts have truly been appreciated. This episode was a satisfying watch to see justice served and the death of fake generalâs henchman.

He Yan sneaks out and following man with missing finger. She knows the commander is following her but considers herself safe when heading into brothel. She doesnât believe he will follow. He is surprised at the destination but does follow her in. While inside He Yan finds the disciple and is surprised to see him there. She is trying to figure out why he is there and disguises herself as a dancer. She is grabbed by the manager and put on stage. Here she does a great show dancing with sword until she sees Xiao Jue. She then loses her stride and the crowd starts to get restless. Here the disciple surprises everyone and plays a lovely flute accompaniment that helps her recover her stride and finish her dance. Noted that his guard is not pleased. Xiao Jue throws her a roseâŠ.a pretty flower for a pretty lady..he continues walking so she thinks her disguise fooled him and he is pleased with her audacity. She sees a young woman being abducted and rescues her. Turns out she is the young lady Cheng has been avoiding. đ Sun is ready to deal with them both when He Yan claims to be the nephew of the great general Fengyun who wonât be pleased. He is gloating about what he will do when the general shows up. He barely moves to give the lecherous fool a sound beating. His father, the local official they were to meet, shows up. It is agreed that the imposter showing up as inspector will not be called out as recompense for the slight. The girl is Ms Song that Cheng has been avoiding. She knows He Yan is an imposter because she is well aware Cheng has no skillsđ She definitely considers He Yan an upgrade. đ She wants to accompany them to have safe passage. Xiao Jue tells He Yan she caused the problem so she can handle it herself. đThey all get a surprise when they see who the inspector is. The magistrate is readying a trap for Xiao Jue and tells his son to get rid of the things he has buried. It seems lecher boy is in the habit of abducting young women and beating their families into submission if they try to seek justice and get their daughters back. Canât wait to see how this is handled. The orasthmus candies were bittersweet memories of Xiao Jueâs mother and He Yan wasnât aware. It was funny how she told Ms Song to buy her own because these were a giftđ The players are almost in place and time to see what trap the politicians have in store. Both the disciple and commander know she is a woman disguised as a man. Which one will figure out who first?

Origami is not He Yanâs speciality.đ They do at least slightly resemble a flower in âfreeformâ style. Here again their lives mirror. Both were sent to same school, to the military quite young and little time at home with their families. She seems to be far more comfortable in social settings than Xiao Jue, but they both are scarred from betrayal and loss of family. His family loved him but their eldest son was favored outside of immediate family. He Yan was never the favorite in hers. She was the stand in for them to save face, and then discarded so this secret would never surface. And the most disgusting part is how vile and ungrateful the brother is about the whole thing. The father is contemptible, but the son may be even worse. The next competition was for flags. He Yan had a map drawn of the area and started with hardest flag. After two teams divided them she dueled for all flags to winner. This time her weapon of choice was a whip. She noted her opponent had unique moves she wasnât familiar with, but it did not stop her from wrapping him up and securing him to tree til he conceded his flags. She even proudly presented a basket of her flags to Xiao Jue fully expecting she had invite to elite league all lined up. The officers are playing chess and each voting for a side. Xiao Jue has it figured out from the get go, but chooses Lei Hou as the winner. Whether this was to protect her gender status from others or because he thought Lei Hou truly better, I am not really sure yet. This may even be one he considers a spy to keep closer eye on him. I do, however, think it was rather cowardly to have his subordinate dole out the bad news while he doled out the candy. His attempt to sweeten the moment is probably going to go over like a lead balloon. The wine has hit the table and Iâm sure she is going to drink her sorrows away now. The disciple and fake general are plotting. Supplies have been deliberately withheld and the disciple wants to throw it all at Xiao Jue like he is bullying the official for supplies. The fake general is countering to hurt someone and the disciple is countering to get the officialâs job. These two schemers deserve each other. I hope they share a similar bad fate. I canât feel sorry for the disciple being bullied when he now has become the bullyer at a much greater level than a single person. I still want to know who thought it was a good scheme to kill 30k troops? The machinations in this drama have been for spite and revenge and suppression of the truth. I am hoping the two swords get these miscreants handled to the degree they deserve.

Xiao Jue lines up the recruits and divides them into squads to do a land nav exercise. He makes He Yan captain to test her further. The flatbread is already getting old and two of the bandits decide they are going to go off grid and forage for better food options. One returns saying bandit is being bitten by wolves. He Yan sends him to find help. She takes her horse and rescues the big guy. Unfortunately this ends her up in an animal pit trap and she canât get out. Meanwhile the one that left with bandit has returned to camp and is telling lavish lies about how they ran off. His story came to a screeching halt when the rest of the squad make it back to camp and accuse the messenger of running off their horses and leaving them to die. As their punishment is being debated, Xiao Jue goes to find her. She is reminiscing about a festival hugging a dead wolf to keep warm. She is rescued and tries to get wolf taken along. Xiao Jue agrees if she wants to give up her place in the horse for the wolf.đHere she deserves a taste of her own medicine because she is getting rather cocky considering her circumstances. She returns back and he asks Dr Cheng to check her wounds. Now ironically he is an ob/gyn so this is really funny. There were a couple interesting things. He knows she is female and she slipped up with a quip about how he hadnât changed much. Now she will have to come up with a fiancĂ©e.đ The liar is executed. I donât find this too harsh since he tried to kill a squad of his own men. This is unacceptable in military service. The others are pretty harsh. The bandit got beaten after a serious encounter with wolves. I feel he was punished just getting back on foot from that. The others were ordered to return yet were beaten for following her orders and leaving her behind. He is listening to Cheng comment on how harsh and asking He Yan if she agreed. He was surprised that she acknowledged they were harsh but necessary for military discipline. I donât think he expected such a commander point of view. She said she wanted to be general and Xiao Jue notes this. He still has not put it together but wants to find out more about here. He knows she isnât a boy, but that there is significantly more to her story than they know. The end scene has the disciple chatting with father about his day with chancellor. His father recommends he sticks like glue to him. He leaves disciple to deal with fake general. This one actually wanted a candle in temple to suppress his sisterâs spirit. Like he has the power to do such a thing.đ He is a miserable excuse for a human being. Canât wait til his military prowess is put to test and he has none to speak of. Shortsighted father didnât think about that. Hopefully he has some weapons training to cover the lie, but even if skilled it wonât cover what years of actual command in the field teaches you. He leaves a gift for the father and leaves after snubbing disciple. It is revealed that he was adopted and considered illegitimate which explains his attitude and the fire scene. A group was trying to deliberately burn him. He should stick with the chancellor. Itâs got to be better than staying at home with these snobby people. The deal with the wolves is so fake, but her dreaming of the festival while holding a dead wolf as partner is rather funny. I find myself well entertained in spite of the obvious flaws of the circumstances. When she finds out he is the anonymous one that voted for her đđ€Ł and when she receives the ointment from him she remembers from her youth in school. He is making the connections, but what will he do when he figures it out? And they are plotting to have fake general show up to challenge him. Wonder how that is going to go? He would not even recognize the twin sword and reveal himself as imposter. Her family has put her in a no win scenario. She was first imposter at her familyâs demand. How does her mother fit into this? Why did she desert her daughter?

He Yan escaped the spring after much bubble making and some hand to hand combat.đ She knows she is being set up for elite recruits on the table but accepts it. She boasts in ten days to beat the best in archery and spear. Enjoyed the flat bread betting tableđ Xiao Jue promises to train but was not present after the first night tested. She wants him to see her progress so goes into his quarters. I was not a fan of the spinning room filming.đ There was a poignant moment when she saw her blade that Xiao Jue took from her. She recovered quickly when commander shows up. I like how she showed up bandit. There is no way that was for real, but it was very fun to watch. The same with spear challenge. It suspended belief but I didnât care, it was completely entertaining. Does Cheng know who she is? The slip of heroine to hero? The deliberate catch and return of stone a nice acknowledgement between them. He has reason to loathe her because of how fake General lied about things, but he also finds himself intrigued by her. Being called boss by the losers is just fun. They get to feast before training competition picks up again. I notice the one not smiling at her achievements, but I donât know who he is. He sticks to the sidelines. Cheng is the benefactor of the evening feast. I guess that is how he is making himself useful?đ I canât wait to see who the prospective bride is he is hiding from.đ§

There is a scene with prime minister and disciple discussing continuation of pointing guilt at General for troop loss. His daughter gets a gift from disciple and demands use of candle to light. There is a flashback of fire for the disciple but no further story given, just that fire is a trigger for him and he was permanently injured as a result. Even young He Yan was given grief about the mask her family forced her to wear. Fortunately for her, Xiao Jue showed up late for class and took some of the heat off her. By design she went to his garrison thinking best way to train but found she was mistaken. Xiao Jue is intent on harsh training. Whether this is to weed out the moles or make up for past, I donât know yet. Cheng is there for comic relief avoiding an arranged marriage. He is put on the spot to treat a mare but proves himself inept. He Yan intervenes and shows herself capable but reveals where she learned her techniques making Xiao Jue suspicious. This did get her out of the initial screening process where she would have been required to strip. He and aide consider her a mole so be sure to give her extra monitoring. I like how the big hunter guy looks out for the smaller recruits. He certainly doesnât have to, but he is close enough they canât get bullied too much by the gangster group. He Yan reveals her sword techniques but stops early, whether this is for show or truly exhausted, I am not sure. The bows are set up for strong guys to draw and she doesnât even try. There was no point to embarrassing herself further. The spear is as big as she is. Xiao Jue is still trying to figure her out. Hopefully they have uncovered the real mole and that is who investigating from two different villages. He Yan finds a hot spring and goes there to do some healing. After waking from a nightmare of his motherâs suicide, Xiao Jue also makes his way to the spring, and just realizes he is not there alone.

What a beautiful wedding.đ„°đ„ł The combined traditional and western traditions absolutely beautiful. This made up for a lot of crap misunderstandings. The writer cheated with her saying if heâd said that at new yearâs it would have all been avoided. I think it all could have been avoided anyways.đ Kaiâs confession to YaEn. đ„°â€ïž She had no clue the impact that alley incident had on him. Ye Meng has tried to explain and wants her to consider Kai. Kai has done the best he can to make it clear to her. YaEn is such a warrior that for her it was just another day righting wrongs. She still struggles with Kaiâs affections being shifted her way. She doesnât understand yet that she is the only one he has ever had affection for. That borrowed name tag caused him to give credit to wrong girl, and she left before he could find out differently. There is a very sweet story here that I hope completes in this drama. For our leads, there did not need to be that much conflict just to get them married. And again they donât even get 24 hours before next crisis. Evil mom has had materials swapped or knows who did and she has brought rich bitch Lin girl in the mix who is deceived she is offering help. They donât know about his wedding so they are sure to cause real mischief. Zhou Yu is another pain in the ass because he holds grudges. He is right to be angry but never took the time to see if honorable people took over. At least there is evidence that things were done correctly, but that horrid mother is going to put him through the wringer first. If she thinks that will assist with her ma in law in any way she will find out she has caused a greater rift on that front. Translations moving soooo slowly so canât find out what they did yet. It will feel like a very long wait.đ

So had that wrong, her ex boss is Jin Yuâs friend and their mysterious buyer is fresh out of prison looking for compensation from Jin Yuâs mom. He also saw two fighting in a car the same day Ye Mengâs mother âcommitted suicide.â He has all the missing video but he again only dealt with half truths. This time I feel Ye Meng has a reason to be pissed. Frankly, I was glad they had to deal with the dueling Gmaâs.đ There was some shady business acquiring the property for a new project now underway and I thing Ye Mengâs mom was caught in the crossfire. She most likely wouldnât sell, or was going to advise a friend not to sell and they killed her. The timing is weird so maybe something with his step dad and her mom went down over property. That she used his depression against him is par for the course. I donât think a level exists she wonât sink to. So now ring seller is gonna turn up dead or disappeared. There was some deal Jin Yu made with his âmomâ. Curious about what that was. He is holding his own with her better than I expected. She canât kill him off or what would happen to perfect sonâs donor?đYa En is in real trouble thanks to the guy she canât divorce fast enough. In addition to wife hitting he is a spendthrift taking out loans his body canât cash to have the appearance of wealth for possible clients. Like they canât tell heâs a loser and just letting him waste more money he doesnât have. Kai showed up just in time to get her deeds back and get creep arrested. I hope he volunteers his safe at business to be sure there is no way he can have her robbed later. Ye Meng should not have charged in alone. She is not thinking straight and could have been in as big of trouble as her friend. The guys are picking up Jia Yu to keep him away til the mess is cleaned up so he wonât find out about the fight his parents had. The one funny thing is how sweetly the grannies conversed with hopes of a grandchild. These families are seriously messed up and quite normal đđ Things are still heated between Ye Meng and Jin Yu but quite interesting that the two guys she let in her life were once friends. The one is so pompous that I really canât see them having a work venture together. But maybe rich guy handled the books and Jin Yu the club entertainment. So what happened that made Jin Yu pull out of college? When did that fire happen and how was it caused? Did the fire have something to do with real estate deal and getting land acquisitions for projects? This is an ugly mess that seems to involve both families. I donât know if our couple will get through this to have a healthy relationship or not. There may be too many obstacles and too many half truths for them to muddle through. I still have strong hopes for Kai and Ya En. Their relationship has more promise. Ye Meng and Jin Yu will never lack for steamy passion, but they do lack common sense in when to be upfront and direct with information. They are exhausting as written. They are not even allowed a full 24 hours just to enjoy each other before some serious calamity strikes. This writer punishes them too much for their parents. đThis is why I am indifferent with them as a couple. They can create lots of steam, but they have yet to do anything that really brings out the best of the other. They are less stressful and more interesting to watch as flirty friends than this huge mountain of trauma and drama as a couple. Kai and Ya En have my vote as most popular couple of the drama so far. Their future holds much more promise. Jia Yu will keep them in line nicely.đ

Han Li has reached tier three and even stingy doctor Mo recognizes quality herbs are needed to continue cultivating. He doesnât allow them to accompany him. I think this is to keep secret the specific herbs he needs. He knows Han Li too smart to have recipes down. When he gets back from trip he is completely exhausted and health failing. Han Li tries to help but knows the doc is running out of time. He is taking the same bone agony pills Li Feiyu is and has one year left. He is now threatening friends and family if Han Li doesnât get level 4 before year end. Zhang Tie catches doc talking with shadowy immortal and hears them conspiring about true intentions for Han Li. He hid well but was discovered and dealt with. When Han Li asks about him he is lied to. The gloves come off and the doc has a candid conversation. He tells Han Li his age is 37. Now fun fact the actorâs age is 73, so not sure if this inverted as a funny or just interesting coincidence. He makes Han Li take a pill that will definitely do bad things to him. He does, however, teach him his motto. These 4 rules will prove quite useful for Han Li later. Hide cleverness with clumsiness. Do good with discretion. Stay pure in this world of darkness. Treat concession as a way to advance. Han li has advanced to tier 4 but wants to level more before doc finds out. He is also learning defense skills from Li Feiyu who suggests poison as a first step. Han Li knows his life depends on learning and cultivating as much as possible. His family and friendsâ lives are also in the balance. His mystery bottle has let him open it. The essence ages plants hundreds of years instantly. He also learned it is not for living things to ingest. His scarecrow to fool docâs bird spies was fun. This has let him collect herbs and learn more than mentor gives him credit for. The element of surprise will be his best asset when battle time comes.

They start off quite happily to visit Ye Mengâs family for new year, and then the gossipy biddies compared him to the doc and found him wanting. Ye Meng didnât know, but this was a huge trigger for him since he is rejected by his family. Her family looked so warm and inviting, but werenât. This hurt him worse because so unexpected. She tries to spend time with him later and he refuses tho he watches her fireworks. He gives the story of his fish that turned black and now has infected another. He firmly rejects her and says she will be better off with another. His gma and her friend both think he should get over the gossip and have a good talk. But the two hard heads wonât. They would rather take potshots at each other across the room than sit down face to face and have a hard conversation. Kai is trying with Ya En. She knows heâs been around more often but he has treated her like a sibling for so long that she canât imagine him liking her. They found a pawnshop where Ye Mengâs momâs ring was appraised, but do not know who the man was that had the ring. We have heard nothing of her dad til this phone call. So whatâs his story? Does he live at work? At the restaurant, Ye Meng makes sure to give digs at Jin Yu, but I really wish she would have just asked him what happened for such a drastic change. He was so hurt crying by his gma in the hospital. He was so stunned that her family had such low estimation of him before even having a real conversation with him. He just couldnât handle it. And how can you tell the girl you like, sorry your family hates me so we canât date? Itâs a weird place. She should have done some asking because I am sure the young auntie could have filled her in. Itâs amazing how fragile relationships can be when family sticks in. I hold both of these knuckleheads responsible tho for not being close enough to speak their minds and clear the air. If they canât do that, they shouldnât be a couple.đ

Little Sui saw the death of his mother but did not understand why his father the culprit. It was because his mother knew it wasnât her husband and pointed out handwriting as evidence. Wan and Chi are taking notes and gathering evidence. The chess manuals seem to be the key. There is a distinct character change in emperor. There is a before and after Jin death with specific changes noted. Prince Che was almost to safety but Cheng had to gloat while killing him. There was no reason to bind him later except he wanted another corpse like Prince Ruiâs to preen over. The boy was smart to play dumb. Prince Jin encouraged it before he was falsely accused. Guess the emperor originally planned for Cheng to die similarly. Chi is going to change that up a bit. The emperor stuns Li by hugging the crap out of him and ignoring Cheng. Cheng has every reason to feel betrayed. He did exactly what he was told to do and then condemned for it. Welcome to Jinâs world.đ The fake mourning and outrage by the fake emperor is getting more nauseating by the episode. đThe consort is hoping to have a child but Fengâs mother revealed that her beauty aids were also making her infertile. The emperor knew this and encouraged the products to go to his wife regularly. Yu is allowed to go home and her mother has the vapors again. She is harsh to the ears and just needs a sedative to shut the hell up. I donât blame Yan for demanding a rebellion. It is clear why they despise Cheng. But the father recognizes it is better to be poor and alive then titled and in cemetery. They did a good job showing the three women that loved Prince Che experience his life snuffed out. It was sad and bitter and all three knew before told. There was a lot weak about Prince Che. He was not fit to rule and he was a mess trying to comply with the wishes of his mother. To his credit, he loved his wife and just wanted a simple scholarly life, and had his mother accepted his wishes, they both would have been happier. I donât know how Yu would have done without the title, but I think if she and Che were well away from their mothers they could have had a happy life together with music and poetry. Xiang is still Xiang. She thinks she has won over Feng girl, but doesnât know Cheng is about to join his brothers. I hope they watch him burn while he sees them smiling and at peace. The sword of justice is about to come down and Prince Chiâs eyes are ablaze as he wields it.

Blind prince now knows his mother was poisoned and we know he accidentally got a dose before she slapped it out of his hands. Did she discover it after drinking or was she poisoning herself? She wasnât trying to get help and she knew the tea was poisoned. Him holding his maâs hand was as creepy as doc with his dead wife. It was just a whole lot of ew!đ Yu talks her father into helping Che get out. He has called on a relative general in army to assist. I understand him helping his daughter, whom he loved. However, I was somewhat gobsmacked at how matter of factly the father and son thrown under the bus when Yu and Wan talking. And sparing the witch of a mother that caused a lot of the hard feelings. đ Usually I side with the women, but this time Iâm not convinced itâs the right thing. When Yu was lighting the fire she looked a lot like Caihe. I was surprised she escaped. Cheng got himself in trouble with Chi again. The point was well made and slowly sliding the sword down his robe and then that thunderous strike in the ground right in front of him. You just know this isnât over yet, and they both know how it is going to end. That was a foreshadowing of Chengâs fate. The emperor is asking Cheng to kill Che and offering him the crown to get it done. He and the empress have it out as she flat out tells him no marriage decree had occurred between them so he didnât have the authority to depose her. She put up with him for the sake of her son but his days were numbered. She coddled her boy and he is a complete mess, but she has the spine for all of them. Poor consort is thwarted again. I hope she gets a deserved fate with her psycho son. It was a cute scene with the three princeâs at the end, but blind Prince reveals he sees a lot more than people think. Chi notes it and ponders. The episode ends with empress trying to stab emperor with candlestick and is left in darkness.

That was a sweet scene with Princess Ning and Prince Yan Li. It was made poignant by his shock and appreciation for someone caring about him. The Crown Prince was exactly what his father accused him of. A boy living in leisure. However, when he was not given military or martial arts discipline, itâs unreasonable of the father to assume book reading and coddling would help him measure up to the security knowledge he needs to know to rule wisely and efficiently. This is as much on his lack of effort as his son. I guess the aspirations of the mothers are supposed to ready the sons for leadership with minimal teachings from the father. He wants to be their coach not their dad.đ I am also annoyed with Prince Rui. He seems the most capable of rule and the one most shunning it. When the good people leave, the scum floats to the top. This is evidenced by the âtreasuresâ who are candidates for crown prince. Prince Chi is the only one capable but that is because he lived with â whatever doesnât kill you makes you stronger â upbringing. His father will win no father of the year prizes either. The consort prince wants a one on one challenge with Prince Chi to prove how great he is. It would be best for him to be big fish in small pond than finding out the truth. Wan has become noticed by both of them but that is not a good thing. The empress gave an extreme crash course in tough love to her son. Too little too late and her life really could be on the line for her coddling. She threatens to kill herself and then hugs him. Can you say mixed signals? No wonder the guy is a wimp.He is a direct product of his environment. He is really an artistic type that should be teaching classes to scholars and hidden away in recital halls. He might actually excel there. The consort son should be prison warden. Itâs more his vibe.đ The prisoner has a lot of information and refers directly to files they need to get access to. They now know of a secret society that eliminates discord and perceived bad behavior that causes discontent and amorality in society. This is a blood cult that literally takes flesh to get out of it. The prisoner was set up and wound made him look guilty and the killer may be the one that had to get his flesh removed for referring him. Iâm guessing the artist is involved somehow. Wanâs dad was in the middle of a whole lot of weird. She is right to feel something is up with the Supreme Court minister. He really shows no remorse or discomfiture. But in spite of that evidence, it does not indicate the guilt of her father, just that he feels righteous in his cause. Wonder if he is the scalper and minister Shen too close to figuring it out? He is cold enough for it and haughty enough to feel justified. Like the police in Minority Report movie. This gives same vibes. I like how they get to interrupt maid and aideâs kiss.đđ€Ł Glad they are finding a house for her. Consort Prince already has plans to discredit her so no need to give him ammo. He would relish catching both of them because two birds one stone would make his day. He needs watching.

Hanâs aunt is a tough cookie but I like her. I loved her calling out Entong for being fake. It is clear they tolerate each other. I love how she picks on monkey.đ He is finally getting a girl. The aunt wasnât inclined to join, but she recognized strength of character and a respected leader. Like Han, she found herself attracted to a person she would have typically ignored. The bday party was a thoughtful gesture. The foundation for good friendships is taking place. They squabbled like old married couple over treating her wound. And cuddling the cat was very cute scene.đ„° His necklace was misplaced with the bday gifts. I wonder how that will go. There is absolutely nothing about this drama that is unpredictable, but I find myself entertained with every episode. The pacing is good and there is a nice spectrum of thoughtful and comedic that makes it a good watch. I like all the cast but one. And she must be good to have me want to slap her on sight. I am glad the aunt has become part of the group. She will be a big help preventing Entong shenanigans. Iâm sure these two have history. I wish we had one more episodeâŠ
