It's hard to produce a series without having huge product placement sponsors, or generating enough interest (and also sponsors) with the teaser and then trailer. Many series end up cancelled. Wayufilm is trying this approach to get the shows produced through direct donation. It is a little weird though. I am subscribed, so I get these live streams of the actors like Oak and Mon asking for money and maybe singing a little. It's very awkward and I have not donated. I do like some of Wayufilm's work. They did a great documentary style show to bring attention to the plight of sex workers in Thailand.

This is light and cute. I'm glad I could binge watch it all in one night since there's nothing else going on on Thursdays. I really needed this because it wasn't emotionally draining and the conflict wasn't too scandalous. I do love concept dramas, and the food centered theme was really well done.

It's that Thai BL series have that 11th episode breakup (a little predictable) and Taiwanese BL series don't. Ep 12 of this series ripped my heart out and served it on a silver platter until the very end where Hai Qing actually puts himeself first and goes to study abroad. I still felt for Jimmy (at first I thought he was a spoiled freeloader), and Pin Jun (the one character that deserves better than any of them).

Well then, maybe it works for them too.

I'm not a guy, but I would think that wouldn't work too well when trying to urinate? It really kind of grosses me out.

I've watched the Thai version and the Lao version. The Thai version was okay, but I always take issue with the FL falling for the ML who literally victimized so many people even to the point of causing another student to be permanently disabled. The cast was good. The Lao version was good too, but hard to find the final episode with English subs. Maybe I will check out the Korean version now.

Well, it seems Dinosaur Love was a flop. I watched it at 2X speed. There is nothing even announced for the other parts of the Buddy Line Y series. Will they even happen?

First and First would be a great combination! First Piyangkul Saohin was great in Y Destiny and War of Y.

I was waiting so anxiously for Just Say Yes and now it looks like it will never happen.

The two heroes of this series are Mingmuang and Kevin. I was in it for JaFirst, but had to 2X speed through the last two episodes. I am so glad Bosston got a main role, even if it was 80% sex and 20% dialogue. He deserves a series of his own.

I would recommend watching Love Class Season 2 as if you haven't watched the first season. It is really good and you could watch it without having seen season 1.

This show is cute, but I am really over the fact that Zeke needs help to pee in ep 1 and a toilet target in ep 2. Just those scenes wasted so much time. The episodes are short enough and I want to see the relationship development and actual plot.

I'm just glad there was no 11th episode break up. This episode, while emotional with all of the family drama, was refreshing in that Zo and Joke are okay. It shows a lot of growth in their relationship and even that they care so much about what the other is going through.

They need to throw in Jennie Panhan just to have a serious badass in the lady lineup.

Hmm...that's an interesting take on the twin role. I liked Nanon and thought he did great, but I like Phuwin, too. Obviously, Nanon is a more seasoned actor, but Phuwin's time is coming too. I've been criticized in the past for not liking Krist that much (mostly his acting in SOTUS), but think he has really improved in the last couple of shows he's been in. I like Nanons facial expressions and think he shows emotions well, though I can see that his characters in this show weren't that emotional.
