This is absolute art and a cut above anything out there. I don't think any Thai series will ever measure up after I finish watching this - my standards are too high now XD
But why do I lowkey feel like this series is gonna break my heart? ;-;
I just watched episode 8 and I have never been so heartbroken by a drama in my life. I thought I'd be getting some more light hearted fluff??? Not a sucker pUNCh to the CheST????AAAAAAAA??? It was just tOO REAL
I'm distraught, devastated and I don't even know if I can handle the last four episodes of this show...it might just kill me ><
This trope is used a lot in Korean and Thai shows, now I see Japanese use it, too. They use it not just in BL,…
I totally agree with the feeling that its unrealistic and overused...it's starting to get a little bit annoying to keep encountering the same kind of motivations or draw between characters. Although, it's not really the shows fault. All this stuff is adaptations of mangas, novels etc so...what can ya do :/ (besides hope that authors diversify their plots a little haha)
I am really enjoying this show but...I'm just wondering: does anyone know why (especially in BL plots) the backbone for the romance between the 2 main characters (like 99% of the time) comes from some past connection with each other ?? And its always some situation where one saved the other either physically or emotionally??? It's kind of scary how often this trope comes up (across shows from different countries too!) Why??? It's almost in every show!
I just watched episode 1 and so far it seems like this series could be alright? I'm holding my judgement until a few more episodes have aired. The only thing I'm confused about it what the hell is P'Khuns problem? As Pans manager (?) she seems to have an eternal stink eye towards just about everything and everyone. At the very least shouldn't she be into the fanservice thing Pan and Nott have going? I don't quite understand why she's got such an issue with everything in episode 1.....maybe her motivations will become more clear through the rest of the episodes.....
I'm just up to episode 5 and I just keep thinking how I'd love to see the whole thing from Yi Bin's perspective!!!! It would be so sad and heartbreaking but omg, I'd watch the shit out of that! Yi Bin is like the most interesting character in this whole show anyway - I wish it had been about him instead D:
Does anyone know anything about this series? Apparently it's "coming soon" to Viki but I can't seem to get any…
Oop- seems like it's airing in December? And it's about 2 people who meet through a painting...? (This is all from instagram so I'm not sure if it's 100% accurate but...it's something!)
I was a little bit disappointed with this season. I was expecting a more mature Shu Yi and Shi De but basing on…
I totally agree - given that it's been 5 whole YEARS since their university romance, I kind of expected (and hoped) they'd act like adults. But, it seems like neither of them have changed. It's still super early in the series, I guess...but still...I hope they can turn it around or give their characters some kind of mature boost. For no other reason than...who on earth acts the way they do as high up company execs??
I did some hunting around but it seems there's nothing yet. I saw somewhere the DVD only came out in January of this year, so I guess we still have to wait? :/

Also...there's only one episode? MDL is showing some weird stats for this...
