I love this kind of drama. It suits my taste 100%.
But then drama like Vincenzo, Reply 1988 fits my taste 100% too. I am v confused with my fav genre at age 23 lol

Choi Soo Kyung: never fails to make me laugh and give me the ultimate SECOND HAND EMBARRASSMENT. She is just too funny and her facial expressions gives me life. The comedic side of her character brings life to this drama along with Lee Dam.

Gye Sun Woo: I like his development. I really do. I also disagree with certain opinions which says he liked her only cuz she avoided him. Well not really. That was the appetizer for his feelings for her. He actually started feeling for her after getting to know her (through her schemes of trying to get rid of him from her life). Lmao.
I like his development. Did you guys notice that his aura and vibe is totally different from the initial episodes?? Yeah. I think it's a good touch-up on the make-up artist side

Do Jae Jin: He is so indecisive about his ex which boils my blood. But this also make him so relatable. Forgetting someone you have loved and cared for is not easy to forget just because of a break-up. Totally understandable. I also find it so realistic how he ditched Lee Dam for his ex and later messaged her. I am sure each one of us have seen someone like that if not your personally lol.

Yang Hye Sun: An ex-gumiho who has a lot to learn as a new human. SWY always make her feel dump and I feel sorry for her but she has this amazingly adorable side to her. I like how she is low key protective and caring of SWY and actually listens and advice him on things. She acts like the older fox sometimes.
I can feel tension between her and Jae Jin which I am dying to see

Lee Dam: A weirdo who is loved by her friends and family. I lover her relationship with her brother, feels so real and her friendship with Soo Kyung and Jae Jin. They are literally so freaking cute, funny and realistic. Her opinion that grew for our gumiho from ep 1 and ep 8 looked plausible too. I also like how she sepaks and acts very reasonably. Like she is a freshman yet so mature for her age. But don't get me started on her "how to make them boys go away" skills lmao.

Shin Woo Yeo: A gumiho who seemingly has it all but is lonely and scared of forming a deep affectionate relationship with opposite sex due to past guilt. His emotions and gestures are rather subtle but you can feel it if you are an introvert like me. I like how only Lee Dam can bring that creepy yet beautiful smile on his face. His dynamics with Yang Hye Sun is cute too. They have the sibling mocking thing between then which I love

Okay. So now that we are 50% done with the drama I wanna write a small review and what I like about each character. You may add the trust's you didn't like or add-on to the list of likes.

I love ML facial expressions though. It's very very subtle but you can feel it from his eyes and body gestures which are also v subtle.

You will love all 8 episodes (which are released as of today).

Watch ep 8 for your peace of mind. Most of your complaints, if not all are answered. Enjoy 😊
