I have always loved Bai Lu so it was nothing new to me. But I am new to the short hair FL (or FL BFF). I often pause my screen, look at her expression and then get giddy lol
the drama is good for brainless watching but why so little progress
cuz there are 36 episodes? if they went FF with their plot, what will remain in the later parts? I am actually glad they decided to go slow. But I also hope they get into relationship and start serious in the coming 6 episodes. Wishful thinking LMAO

ML I think has had crush on her or at least had an impression on her for a long time. He also liked her pro-active nature in handling her profession. So, I think, he just never been the one to express much his previous relationships, and has no idea how to handle such active advances or confession from someone he likes. SO he hesitates and does not know how to act on his feelings, cuz he has always been about business. That is my take on it. Also, I enjoy slow burn so this is so good for my taste.
If I go by the comments then this drama is pretty straightforward with no angst....kinda been there seen that…
I guess, there are layers to every relationships. We are dealing with 3 main relationships here with friendship between the 3 MLs. Also their mark in business world. It can easily take about 20+ EPs in Cdrama land.
This part is spoiler: The misunderstanding arc. Although not very misunderstanding, more of a deliberate act from FL side to seduce ML to get revenge. This 'reason' later fades into nothingness, when she actually falls for him, but he will get to know about this and gets hurt and misunderstands all her intentions ( you should watch the trailers - there were 4 i think). You will get the jist. I am happy this is not 40-50 EPs LOL
People who put Kin Porsche and Not Me deserve to go to jail and rot. From which angle this drama has similar plot to these two amazing dramas? Just because of mafia element? Come on you guys!
The whole "I'm shy" and "everything keeps interupting" parts are getting old pretty fast. I don't feel the romantic…
Minato Shouji Coin Laundry was sooooooooo bad I can not scream and beat myself enough for even watching this every thinking it will improve. S2 was even worse
Honestly the schedule is messed up. Big messed up. They should have planned it well. This drama is not a suspense and is very normal romcom. They will surely lose out on viewership rating if this continues. Can't they just reschedule? 1 ep/ week was already bad and now this!
