for the most part, yes it is a happy ending. Just don’t go in expecting a great drama. it’s a web story for a reason so the budget isn’t high. I only suggest it if you want pass the time. You might like it more than me. I hope that answers your question 🙂

if anyone is planning on watching this, at first the ending seemed to suggest a second season. but at the end of each episode there’s little side stories that connect to the plot, but final side story basically told us what happened to the 2 couples. imo I’d rather see it instead of being told what happens.

Easy show to binge watch in a day. Cast was relatively unknown to me and the plot didn’t make sense at times but whatever. There were some funny moments so I guess if you need something to pass the time then I guess you can watch it. Ending confused me a little.

only on episode 3 but it’s freaking hilarious 🤣 and the fight scenes are awesome. I love strong leads and characters with comedic timing. I will try to get caught up this weekend. I’m enjoying this more than Story of Kunning Palace which I finished last week.

would have rated higher if had decent English subs. It was funny though but without full dialogue I couldn’t understand the plot. Watched mainly for Cheng Xiang

I’m only on episode 24 even though I binge watched at least 10 episodes yesterday on Thanksgiving lol. I admit I was confused with the plot in the beginning and I was thinking of putting it on hold or dropping it altogether, but I’m glad I didn’t. I will rate it when I finish watching it hopefully this weekend now that all episodes are out 🙌🏽

I need a second season to explore the other couples, especially Banxia’s and Wangyan’s. And I wish they could have brought back A-Si for the wedding. I would like to see all of them have their happily ever after.

I signed up for Tencent membership just so I can get members only access to the latest episodes of this drama. I didn’t expect to like it this much but I’m already almost done and I don’t want it to end.

I remember watching the trailer for this and thinking it was just like Truth or Dare. I’m about to start episode 19 and will probably be done in a day or so when the last episode comes out. I need something similar to this to watch if anyone has recommendations.
