I haven't finished this series yet, something happened that I wanted to talk about so I am sharing it here since I don't have friends that like Asian dramas. One of the things I hate most is when the protagonist 'sleeps' with someone else in the story, which is kind of weird since I don't really get that bothered when that happens in american series, but in asian ones, I feel betrayed, angry and sad.??
Anyways, in ep 21 (I think), The female protagonist's best friend, gets the male protagonist (Han Qi Lu) drunk and slept with him, the next morning when they wake up she pretends that she was also drunk and didn't know (when she clearly betrayed her bff). Han Qi Lu then feels guilty thinking it was his fault and decides (no reason y) to break up with his fiance and marry her best friend that he slept with. That is the important information so the rest doesn't need that much explaining. Pretty much, when they were having an engagement party, he finds out what really happened that night, he threatens her to tell everyone that it was just a prank/joke or he would tell everyone what she did, the protagonists make up. After that, he has an accident and loses his memory before explaining to everyone what the girl did, so I am kind of angry seeing the protagonist still being friends with the girl (since she doesn't know what happened) and I hope he gains his memory back soon.
