What I observed in this drama is, the ghost needs a potential person (psychic) to possess and create menace /take it's revenge etc.
And so Do Hak Sung is not troubled though uncle's spirit is beside him all the time. (uncle's spirit spoke to him angrily, only when he possessed psychic In Beom, rem'br ep 6 or 7 fight scene?)
