So I believed I heard XJH's Dad was involved in LGM's parents death and he is getting close to XJH for revenge? Why…
Yes, XJH's Dad was involved in LGM's father's death and he's getting close to him because he was trying to get him to see how evil his dad is because get this: XJH's dad is the Old Shopkeeper. He's been corrupt for decades and been pretty much running the entire triad for decades killing any and every one that messes up or could bring about his identity, including Qing Long and Qing Long's parents.
Hua was as corrupt as it gets and the reason he was killed was because (in the series at least) he saw his son investigating Hua, even without concrete evidence suspicions about Hua and possibility of talking could come back to him so he had him killed.
Can someone spoil me the storyline of 2nd couple? I wanna know if they get their happy ending and how.
They do end up together in the end (but not without a lot of injuries on both sides, personal and physical) They pretty much take down every one in the triad and corrupt officers and make their relationship work.
Even if its a tv show. Doing things to another person even if they "love" each other is still not good. Consent and consciousness are a definitely need in any romantic/intimate act. Heck, Marital Rape is still a thing. The fact that people like you make comments like this only further proves how delusional and horrifying the world is...
They're both idiots! π Chu San for saying that and Liu Yi for believing it! The kiss while he was sleeping is not good (don't do that people) but now he realized he has to do a much subtle seduction! π₯°
I wonder who took the video of Arnold and Dean and sent it to Raffy? I mean Raffy and Rome were together and I doubt Rome would have sat there as Raffy recorded them. Is someone working in the shadows?
I think we're gonna get a lot more scenes in the next episode that we saw in the trailer, specifically the scene where Xia Liu Yi physically "pushes" a woman on He Chu San on the couch but he gets up quickly. Chu San constantly trying to get out of Liu Yi schemes of trying to prove he's straight or manly (the woman and the boxing scene) will lead to frustration and we'll finally get the scene where Chu San has pushed Liu Yi up against the wall. We might get more seeing how a few of their more spicier scenes has Chu San wearing a similar suit.
Is there anyone who used to like straight dramas so much but one day discovered a BL series then the rest is history…
I feel bad for saying this but I'm sort of the same. I found my first BL in 2001 (34 years old now) when I watched Bishonen for the very first time. Really young I know but I hated all the straight tv shows because it was pretty much the same storyline. I mean BL started me on a spiral because in those times it was deep in the "bury your gays" trope of bl/gay media so I kept watching hoping it would get happier and eventually it did. So seeing all these BLs decades later and how its grown...It's really brings me to tears sometimes.
Did anyone else notice that the second CP Lu Guang Ming and Xie Jia Hua don't actually kiss? They are close and touchy by every time they use their lips they kiss on the side of/near their lips, but pretty much on the cheek. π
I swooned...like sheesh. I love the kissing moments but its other moments like that that adds to the romance. The pillow move for his comfort, the interlocking of fingers, the opening of lips in anticipation for the next kiss. Even though it was a dream...THIS, this is how kisses should be.
There has been a consolidation of scenes in the novel into the series already. Do anyone else think next episode is the scene in which He Chu San gets kidnapped too?
Hua was as corrupt as it gets and the reason he was killed was because (in the series at least) he saw his son investigating Hua, even without concrete evidence suspicions about Hua and possibility of talking could come back to him so he had him killed.
