When he knew his time was coming he went to a cave to die alone. Except he was captured by the butterfly demon and his body was used as a vessel. But YWH was stubborn and his mind was strong that when the 2 bodies were created the evil Butterfly Demon kept all of the memories and kept the name YWH and the other one had vague memories that caused him to seek out his past life and he was named Li Jie.

So when the Butterfly Demon YWH and Li Jie got stuck in the illusion they were just kind of reliving their past memories of YWH but Li Jie was in YXZ's body. He is not the twin brother of YWH but he is a part of YWH as the butterfly demon.

This was great but Daddy Du deserved more than death because of what he did to Granny Yu's son and his family. It felt like he got off scout free while her son still has to live in hiding because of him. We still don't even know what the deal was with Ye Xiao Qiong. What was her revenge even about? Because if it was about Daddy Du again, does that mean her revenge failed? So many plot holes it's giving me a headache.
