Then YBC’s dream. She was a queen in the dream, and she has a son with XL in the dream. She was too happy in her dream and couldnt wake up. In order to wake her up, they plan to kill the small boy, but XL and LSS couldn’t do it even though the boy is not real. TTJ killed the boy.

LYX worked very hard in the industry to be where he is now. Looking at his age, and his talent, most probably he will get more mature and challenging role to play (like Chen Xiao), but since he also has a pretty face I also would like to see him in more romcom (like Yang Yang). Whichever route he choose, wishing him all the best.

The YXW in the novel is also spoil brat. Ye family is bigger and powerful, with more brothers and sisters. Her stepmoms and siblings are also afraid of her. She also has more maids. There's one maid that does all the hateful things for her.
Since YXW doesnt look like LSS (in the drama they look the same), TTJ will have harder time looking for her. :')

When LSS was in YXW's body, YXW actually doesn't look like LSS. And LSS looked in the mirror and think, such a waste that this sweet face has to die a young age.

The first dream arc in the drama (the flower demon's dream spell) was done swiftly but this was so long and draggy in the book. Remember we almost couldn't get through the Bo Re dream arc in the drama? I havent reach this part yet in the book, I think it will be longer there. @_@

This is why this drama is SO GOOD! Even though it's a fantasy xianxia drama, but the conflict and angst is very real. Does LSS or does she not love TTJ? If I am her, I think I will have the same emotional damage.
Like Micha101 said, LSS's own feeling is irrelevant. Her ENDGAME is to kill TTJ.
She has to be free from her mission and emotional burden in order for her to really love TTJ. She has to be in her own world, herself as LSS, to really love TTJ (which is now in the immortal arc). She is also has some sort of identity issue as YXW.
If you ask me to choose a side, I really wouldn't know. I wouldn't want to be either LSS or TTJ.

I am listening to the audiobook. Only 30% done, I would say, drama is better. lol

because tbh, I’ve not see any slander or hate for this drama outside of China.
