Couldn't watch LOTDT coz I was too high on MM back then. I was about to watch AMBF but I read the reviews saying…
I finished The Glory, story was engaging and exciting but the romance was...lukewarm, mainly because of ML's bad acting and also the story is not really on romance. I am really bored with AMBF and about to drop it. My life is kinda empty now. lol
Ex-campers of MM, where are you guys at now? I couldn't find any drama to watch now. The last good one were this and Divine Tree. Don't ask me to go watch A Moment But Forever, I struggled, it's not good. lol
For those still contemplating whether to watch this drama, avenue X posted a fairly accurate review of pros/cons.…
AveX trashed all the dramas that I liked and praised those that I don't like. On rare occasion we do like the same drama. But I still watch her reviews because she is sarcastically funny.
I dropped his last three dramas as well and i'm just kinda coasting along on this one. he's a very serviceable…
All his characters were promising and complex, but it's either his co-star (FL) or the plot is lacking. That's why until now none of his leading role drama is good enough for him to breakthrough.
I like him, think he is a great actor, but I also dropped his last few drama. He was good in In Blossom, Kill…

Just embraced yourself when you get into xianxia genre, chances of sad ending or bad ending or open ending, is…
In Xianxia's ending, it's very typical that either FL or ML's soul get trapped somewhere. In above two dramas you mentioned, the drama will show they returned, but most of the time xianxia will have open ending, where they will never show them returning or reborn/revive. In very rare occasion we will get a straightforward happy ending, for ending Love of The Divine Tree.
I keep asking myself: How could I give up on a Liu Xue Yi drama??? He had so hard-won the role of main male protagonist.…
Indeed he is a very good actor, I liked him a lot even when he is playing villain. All the dramas that I dropped (In Blossom, KMLM and maybe this too) didn't do him justice at all. I hope he will get a better script in the future. He is really suitable to play morally grey or eccentric character.
