I felt like the balance of the business and romance elements was lost because they made the ML’s pining for the FL the main story. They could have capitalized on the ML’s business challenges esp much if only they had tried. I am watching ep 25 and thinking - why did the writers make the ML a ‘Romeo’ and the character became so weak when there were so many other things going on that could have boosted THE ML’s character and also made the FL more interesting . Clearly the writer did not know what they were doing here. They just lost their marbles
How much more is he going to degrade himself? A hopeless character. She even trashed those shoes. I just feel like throwing up at his character right now🤮. He is making himself unattractive by doing this. When will these men learn that when a woman says ‘no’ then they need to respect it? And the scriptwriter is a woman?
Ok I am watching ep 24 and yes this drama is a lost cause . At this point they are just beating a dead horse . Well it’s not going to come alive . Why should he take crap from Wang? He is the owner of a company- he needs to behave like one
Not that I agree with breaking up but I can see why he did it. For years she has suffered because of money she…
I don’t think that he ‘pretended’ to cheat. It looked like that when she came to see him finally after the break up. With XCX it was abundantly clear from the beginning that he had no interest in her whatsoever. That actually made it easier for him to keep her by his side . The FL never bothered to actually reach out to the ML when everything was going on and they were still together . I know people are saying how could she have known but if you are couple , especially if you are really close, you do sense these things. Bad is a strong word for her- insensitive, cold, self absorbed? No one is saying it is wrong for her to make money or work hard but only that was important in her life . He rfocus was on making money and paying off her debts and live a comfortable life . She was not cut out for a relationship
Sorry to say this. But GY dying could be a good ending
They forced a sexually abused woman who probably needed a lot of care and some therapy etc into a relationship as though that was what she needed rather than healing and sorting herself out first . Yes everyone felt sad for her but no one asked the question is this what she needs, Glorifying that romance was pathetic .
