She should not have led him on and given him hope . That was not very nice of her . She could have told him early on that she was not ready for a relationship . There are better ways to handle things.

Yes there needs to be mutual respect, understanding and communication. They have started creating these FL CHARACTERS who are just takers that suck the other person emotionally dry. Is that even normal? How can you even keep something like that going ? Because everyone has their own needs too. That is why there needs to be a balance

We have a few incidents now that tell us the FL is a little immature, bad at communication and does not know how to deal with issues. And yes she does not apologize .

Could be- but no one really wants to hear this from a third party. Any remedial action should come from the FL. She has this habit of running away from issues and not solving them. She probably made the same mistake in her previous relationship that X boyfriend of Hertz may have been a complete jerk, but he may have been right about her being selfish and only communicating when she wanted something
