I understand she is fragile but knowingly she put herself in that spot . And since she is intelligent she should try not to do those things . Her character is very contradictory. Because she is someone who has to go to different places. Sometimes strange places and meet all kinds of people for her job. How can she not know to protect herself?

Yeah sometimes they make these characters do senseless stuff. Every single woman knows no matter what the circumstances are that you need to protect yourself. Especially if you have been harassed before - it’s instinct .

Do not justify her actions . given the way she is she needs to protect herself even more . This is a survival instinct we are talking about
