Well yeahh, The plot is a bit predictable, especially with TopMew. I'm also looking forward the most to FirstKhao because they are my favorite pair and there's something special about their chemistry, even if their story in this will also be predictable and already-seen. But hey let's wait and see. Maybe they'll surprise us.

I think Only friends is lacking sensuality on purpose. The characters are supposed to be hookers, only looking for entertainment. No one is in a relationship yet. They all are hooking up with people, but actually have feelings for other people. There's no place for sensuality and "love making", it's just plain sex so far. I'm curious to see how the story will progress and about the character development.

Well, it's more of a culture thing. In West, business arranged marriages would seem silly and old fashioned but in a lot of countries it's still a thing. Especially if your parents are from that generation when it was a norm. It also doesn't really need to be about the collaboration of two companies, it can just be that parents want their children to marry someone from their financial and social class and status.
So after the first episode here are my first impressions of the main characters: -Mew is a cutie but also sensitive and bound to get played and heartbroken in the future. -Top and Boston are untrustworthy, seems like they are only looking for entertainment. Top is more into "hunting" and mind games while Boston is just a hooker lol. -Ray is troubled, problematic and heartbroken, might have problems with substance abuse later. -Sand is a normal guy with common sense lol. -I don't have any particular impression on Nick yet but seems like he's cunning.
