I am rewatching it right at this moment and this is definitely not my first rewatch. It’s that great. And the fl is fine, yeah the hair could be better but I feel she suits her character so well that it doesn’t bother me.

What do you mean by much better?! Love is sweet is perfect. The plot is smooth there, no plot holes, the love between luo yunxi and bai lu is perfect over there . While here the drama is not great, everything just not smooth , lots of dragging. The only good thing is the chemistry between bai lu and Dylan, the rest of the actors also has good chemistry. They had with what to work and make a good drama, but they missed it

Oh I love Bai Lu as well. She is really a great actress. And I really love the chemistry between them, the visuals are top notch , just the drama itself isn’t that great. Maybe they will redeem themselves in the last episodes, I hope so

I do not like how the drama went but I will finish it till the end now. Though I don’t like how it went I am glad it’s a hit so it will not affect the careers of Dylan and Bai lu. I want to see them again. Cause Dylan’s acting here is really good I think, and he really could be critiqued for choosing this project but if he is not being critiqued for it then it’s good.

Let’s be honest the drama went down hill not because of Yiyang. The writing went downhill long time ago.

Yeah that’s true I am not denying that. Believe me I felt ridiculous while watching her apologise and bringing up her work. That for sure was nonsense, But still you can see she has feelings for him in ep 29. I mean he could still have at least a hint of that she likes him, I mean he did declare to Yiyang that whatever she wants she can only get it from him. So in one step he is sure that he wants her, even declares to other guy that she is his, but then he hesitates. I do feel that she handled the apology very ridiculously but then again both have flaws. I feel the writers of the drama and the director messed up with this drama, they had a good chance at making a hit drama with such cast, but they just threw that chance away. I don’t even understand what they wanted to show it with what they have done.

I am as frustrated as everyone else, but to be honest I don’t think they didn’t move forward. I’d say just a tiny bit. What I don’t understand is how Shi Yan cannot understand what she feels for him from the ep 29. I mean she did say she miss him and won’t let go, then in the bar with Guan Ji and the phone call. Shan Shan said she doesn’t have feelings for Yiyang and that she probably won’t recover from this in 3-5 years. I mean isnt it clear that she likes him at least. If she requires so much time to recover , that means she has feelings for him. What else he needs?! Don’t get me wrong, he is a better character than her for sure, but here in this instance she was drunk and doesn’t remember a thing, feels he is too disappointed with her so she can’t believe he took her home. I mean her thinking it’s kind of natural. They both lack communication honestly

What does that mean? Does it mean they will release all those 31-36 in one go?

I think the main couple has good chemistry and I would really love to see them again in some good drama. Here though I think all the actors chose the project because of the great cast, they probably had good faith in the cast cause it’s really good. I feel that the filmmakers did them dirty honestly.

Watching the scene, I was like girl are you serious??!! You are apologising and then mentioning the work stuff. Like why would you even care about that after all that has happened. He obviously then thinks that she only cares about the cooperations and not about them. And why wouldn’t she have tried to contact him in anyway possible sooner, like why?! I feel like she is too much of a coward. I really love the chemistry between Bai Lu and Dylan, but I feel that this drama is a mess and I was even supporting it till half series but her character has really gotten ridiculous . Are the characters this way too in the novel ???

Yes, he seems too full of himself. That is why I want to know where this confidence is coming from.

You know what? I feel like Yiyang is a like twin of Qin Shi Yue in terms of pursuing relationships. Like overly persisting. And yes him coming to her parents house is too much, like Shi Yan hasn’t even been there. Now he feels is the moment to steal her. Wonder what’s his motive for pursuing her? Like what’s the back story

Because he finds out the truth behind her motive of approaching him. He thought that she approached him because of his money and said so in reality you never wanted me. So I feel he is disappointed that she didn’t want him. That is what he is thinking.
