For me kiss scenes doesn't necessary increase the chemistry or make a drama higher scored, Of course I am happy when it happen and like it but them zooming it out in episode 11 didn't bother me i mean him rubbing her back to feel her better is million time better than the kiss for me and the words between them and their interactions for me i prefer these things and i am sure their will be another kiss scene where the drama reach a high level of intensity in the future and it will work better to be shown for the viewers at that moment since the scene at episode 11 i feel them zooming out was the better option in that scene state and the couple state and their feelings.

Its normal since this feelings is not only for adults. In this drama too Mi Jung mentioned it many times that she was feeling like this from her elementary school days seeing other kids laugh and be happy.
