Omg I can’t wait for next episode!! I rarely like historical dramas to this extent. Maybe the last one that I had hard time waiting weekly for was the first half of “ Love in the Moonlight” back in 2016. Looks like this is the year of historical dramas for me since later this year “Red Sky” which have the potential to even be as good as this will release in September.

Todome no Kiss i tried it but i couldn't enjoy it and Alice in bordline i am planning to read the manga so i don't want to spoil myself with the drama. The other two i didn't try them.

Unfortunately in the last 8 years the only two Japanese dramas that i liked were Hanzawa Naoki and Juhan Shuttai!

Tbh my one and only question is for the prod team, if the fans of male lead are tired of getting sad and tragic…
Well from what i know this drama is adapting the novel not the folktale and if the Screenwriter really wanted the sad ending of the story then they should have announced that they are adapting the folktale so i think this will have a happy ending.
