I like how they showed his backstory, and i get the feeling that the girl is dead and he was at her funeral. Also she was against him as a lawyer in past but then got into a relationship. Then i guess something happened 3 years ago thats why he quit prosecutor. Also i think there is another backstory why he takes only a dollar for consulting.
