after the devil judge, where jisung's character was an anti-hero; morally grey, layered, charismatic, merciless and refined yet enigmatic, his characters here are much lackluster and i don't feel connected to either of them or their motives. i wish jisung can give a similar performance because i know he's a wonderful actor, but the writing and character depth seems to be quite weak so far.

while i agree that the kdrama community jumps at given any moment possible to bring up his scandal, it's a bit hypocritical to call someone stupid for not choosing to support his works. they may have their own reasons, whether it be private opinions due to their background or personal experiences. just because you're okay with watching him, a literal criminal, doesn't mean that other people have to be as well.

yes, and i appreciate that he stopped to actually focus on jang-kyung but that doesn't make watching it any less uncomfortable

there's no love triangle. the FL only has a teacher - student relationship with the second guy so she has no interest in him. furthermore, he kind of turns into a mini villain in the latter half of the show, so the romance between the leads is pretty linear.
