Hating much lol… so much hate that you actually took the time to come to her page just to write such a distasteful…
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but there was no need to come onto her page and leave hateful comments like “What is the hype about this actress?” or “Such an average and plain face.” I also don’t know where you got the idea that many people only watched it for HMH or that she ruined LITC, because based on the drama’s ratings, a lot of viewers genuinely enjoyed it. As for calling her character “stupid,” at the beginning of the drama Ming Yi was meant to appear innocent and harmless. Later on, when she tried to run away, it was because she had lost all hope of living (no cure/missing ingredient) and didn’t want to burden JBZ. Some people may think her decisions were foolish, but we’re not the writers—our role is simply to watch and understand the character. From that perspective, I think she did a great job portraying the role. You don’t like her, and that’s okay. If you went into the drama with that mindset, you probably came out of it with the same mindset—and that’s fine. Nobody is saying you have to like her. People are simply asking that you don’t write hateful comments on her page, where her fans are. It really shouldn’t be that hard. If it is, then I’m sorry. If you don’t like the actress, then don’t watch the drama—or at the very least, don’t go to her page just to leave negative comments that are clearly hateful. I understand having preferences; I also won’t watch a drama unless I like both the female and male leads. There are many popular and well-loved actors and actresses I personally don’t enjoy, and I simply choose not to watch their dramas because of that. Even if they’re very popular or considered beautiful—like Bai Lu, Esther Yu, or Tan Song Yun—I still wouldn’t be able to sit through their shows without constantly skipping. At the end of the day, we’re all entitled to our own opinions, but that doesn’t justify spreading unnecessary negativity.
she wasn't, she just probably hasn't found any project she would be interested in yet or hasn't gotten offers, plus she's a mom so she's probably just trying to raise her kid. Definitely not cancled
Just finished watching this drama and here are my thoughts. Firstly, I only watched this drama because people…
True, she could have just told him — but from her point of view, everything she did was built on lies, making it difficult for her to come clean. JBZ wouldn’t have known what was real and what wasn’t. MY was also worried about putting the pressure on JBZ because he would have to defy his master words by giving her the golden millet dream which she explained. Plus, when MY had asked JBZ if he would give her the golden millet dream he never gave her an answer which made it harder for her to tell him the truth. Theres to many reasons as to why MY couldn't straight out tell JBZ but if you have read other post you would be able to understand. Although I do agree that the whole back and forth thing went for a bit longer than desired, I believed it help a lot with the story.
