I think it’s implied after Jiakai revealed the color of their thread. I took it as a confession scene but yeah I was a little confused too when they were talking about the presents. Honestly preferred how they resolved Dawei’s conflict and showed their growth as a couple over a physical intimacy scene. There’s supposed to be a special episode so maybe they’re saving it for that?

Pretty good! A bit half baked story wise but enjoyable with some entertaining characters, Dad MVP. Also, I loved how Yeon U acted like a rational man and didn’t act like the stereotypical trashy caricature I expected with the premise of your crush is engaged to your sister. Going above and beyond for the two people he loves is so refreshing.

Anyone else noticed how Sui dropped that annoying cutesy voice halfway through? Hopefully it stays like that… Another great episode! I’m starting to like it more as Sui grows in confidence.

It’s off putting how people will rate a show highly based off the sex scenes or how if the leads eat each other’s faces in kissing scenes while the story is lacking meaningful or lasting drama. I knew why Thai BLs are rated highly when many have mediocre stories but seeing people praise the same quality in newer KBLs calling them a step up because of the sex is… something. Reminds me a lot of that Thai produced KBL where the intimacy was good but the story was half baked and characters were irrationally awful, only there to be filler to the sex scenes.

I put it off the series because the first episode didn’t really have my interest but man this is truly underrated. The more we get to know Okumi the more endearing he gets and seeing Ai-Chan slowly becoming the man he wants to be is nice. To be honest Okumi came off a bit creepy at first and Ai-Chan has that infantile characterization that I find extremely annoying. However, they have amazing character development and the show is pretty hilarious! I hope the nephew finds someone!

That makes sense… he probably plays into that stereotype so others won’t be surprised when they find out he’s gay. I loved that final scene when he was playing basketball with his classmates. You can see him coming out of his shell becoming less timid

Yeah the story was a let down. Mainly the wrenchs they threw at the story. Would’ve been better if they started from high school to adulthood.

I actually appreciate how the obstacles were resolved quickly although very aloof. I wished it focused more on the high school days leading to the reunion and musical storyline. Manager plotline was a total waste of time. If only they expanded on the mother or even the second couple it would have been a tighter story.

The main leads had amazing chemistry and potential. Hopefully we’ll see them more of them.

Cute but it’s borderline on infantilization for Sui. I find myself put off by the overtly cutesy feminine characterization. That type of character very annoying even when they are typically played by females. Hopefully he will gain more confidence and I do see hints of that developing.

Ah so it’s probably gonna be similar to the Proper Way to Write Love. The manga was a short porno with little depth and story. The drama greatly improved on the source material and imo superior. Hopefully they can do that for this one too. The director is from Our Youth.

Same especially if they are obnoxiously long. I wished more use just a title card so they don’t waste runtime. Can’t tell you how many times I was excited for long episodes and it turns out a third of it is just the opening and credits.

Pretty good! Story is intriguing and I thought it was gonna be another typical toxic relationship but they turned it around in just one episode. I’m glad the officer didn’t give in immediately and the Suit realizes his juvenile tactics isn’t going to work. I’m also glad that it’s not dubbed over!

Yeah I get what you mean and at times it’s like he’s playing a different character. He’s sometimes awkward and aloof but other times he’s ditzy cute with that waddling walk. He might be getting terrible direction because I prefer the aloof version.

As for the Ex I have no idea! Could be the senior taking the form of the ex in that world or in my opinion a plotline that was cut.
