I have mixed feelings about this drama. I was really excited when I started watching it because I've heard that it was made by women primarily and it touched upon issues of intimacy and love in the modern age between young people. I really liked the first episodes and the way it portrayed young people and especially women that try to find a balance between their studies/career and their love/social life. I also really appreciated that it showed actual scenes of intimacy between the two main characters as many dramas tend to avoid these kind of scenes . The female-lead was flawed and made mistakes , factors that made her more realistic and the same goes for the male-lead as well. The other characters even though many of them seemed unique and different and had a lot of potential , weren't so much part of the plot and their personalities weren't uncovered through the episodes . Unfortunately , during the last episodes the plot and the leading point of the story felt lost. The characters didn't grow , didn't mature , they felt stagnant or even even worse than they started for some reason.
Even though the series was somewhat refreshing to watch , the end felt anticlimactic in a way. I have to say though and really highlight that the soundtrack of the movie was really good . I enjoyed listening to songs from the alternative music scene of Korea , like the band Say Sue Me and also discovering the artist RIO. I really appreciate it when visuals are accompanied by beautiful music, it shows that more thought and care has been put so that the visual and listening experience is balanced.
