I didn't know about this backstory as I don't follow social media. So I did a little bit of research and , yes, if as you said there's embezzlement especially from disaster relief fund, then her father should be brought to justice. Of course, even if she herself is not involved and is completely clueless about it, given China's cancel culture and reputation based social perception, she will at least face a soft ban or something, which is also justified then I feel. However, from what I understand, this is still speculation predominantly from the netizens. There is no official announcement or investigation result yet, so I will reserve judgement till an official investigation or official announcement is made, and not just based on the rumour mongering of netizens playing as armchair detectives.
After 5 years battle with cancer Zhu Yuan Yuan unfortunately passed away. She is an incredible actress and woman, devoted and passionated still working despite her sickness. She completed the drama City Maker in late March. Rest in peace 🤍🤍🕊🕊.

Incredible.. I am hooked , ost is brillant, acting was sooo good. Story is so good ^^ I can say this drama is a must-watch for saeguk-lovers , I gave it 9.0/10
To be honest I have a love/hate relationship with this one. On one hand it was incredibly well performed, scripted and choreographed. It was emotionally charged and gripping right through to the end. I gave it an 8.5/10 because I did enjoy it. On the other hand though, there were a few things that didn't make sense, some things that felt like a pointless let-down and things that kept me awake at night from loathing and injustice. An episode or two more could have explained a few things but keeping it short and impactful also worked. This is one that I might not treasure but it will stay with me a long time.
Her new profile pic doesn't look so cheerful. Pls change to the one that looks more radiant and happy. I check her profile at least 3 times a day and this new pic is giving a gloomy feeling.
