This episode is so well acted between the brothers. The love and sense sense of loss is heart breaking.

A generally warm ending for the gang. I’m pleased the brother and friend married. Sad that Doctor lost out on love. I hope the friends care for him in their own happiness. In fact it could have done with a few more episodes for their adult phase of their lives. Will miss them all. Well done cast and crew.

Fun watching how ML uses devious ways to stay with FL while she recovers from the accident. She is also keen for him to stay. The brother and fakes girl friend’s meeting with her awful parents is quite heartbreaking. I hope the fake relationship soon becomes real.

This episode is setting the scene for the future. The ML is severing his contacts with the guy who got him in trouble. The brother’s fake relationship is materialising into something both him and her want - though parents may still be an issue. And finally the FL may realise her feverishness is due to love. And what the bike business needs to make it a success may be in the hands of his friends! Not sure about 2ML - hope he finds love.

The episode brought together all the friends. It was good to see them at the reunion meal. The same two bickering, the parent pressure still existing, The deep, saviour friendship between the ML and FL and the rivalry for attention between the ML and Second ML. The only one missing was the brother but he wasn’t in their Class. 5 yrs had passed but somehow , as in life, they were the same people, albeit one whose life had tumbled into despair. All well acted.

Great interplay between sister and brother re relationship - and how it appears to someone watching from the outside.

Anyone who has lost someone they live with or family member will recognise how difficult it is to return home. Everything is the same, but it isn’t. This episode really captures the essence of loss. How to deal with the memories and possession of those who have left us.
