They deliberately choose to add it, that speak volumes about who wrote that line and agreed to it.

Honestly, I would hold him accountable too, he read the script, if he narrated the The Voice of Hind Rajab, then he would have known that this line should have been removed, and a veteran actor with his experience could have pointed that out.
