This is a Korean drama, if they want to bring their own issues through their own drama that is up to them, and if the South Koreans are offended about it, no one has the right to tell them they feel wrong. As for mentioning Palestine, it is totally an unnecessary addition. Mentioning Palestine and in that way was not even necessary for the plot, they did NOT Need to mention it, yet they very deliberately chose to, and this in itself is questionable. If anyone is hypocritical then it's you for saying NK operative are far worse, where you are overlooking and making light of the criminal acts of any IOF operative. Moreover, the genocide against Palestine is ongoing, unnecessarily adding Palestine to their plot in this way is extremely tone deaf!

Exactly! I totally stopped watching after that scene, I mean if we assume that this story was real, then whatever is happening to the main lead now is his karma from all the wrong he did against other innocent people! At this rate, is he even better than the bully's father?!

Same, I also had to reply the scene several times to make sure I was hearing right!! they had so many options to choose from or they could have created something fictional, yet they deliberately choose to mention Palestine and in a horrible way. Like how can we even support a character that supposedly did operations against Palestine?!!
I also immediately stopped watching after that scene, and I don't plan on turning back, glad to know that there are others feeling the same!
