I knew from day one that the leading performances will be really good. Gonna watch where the story goes because the chapters I've read from the comic are somewhat different in places.

Don't look for common sense here lol. When I was starting to watch Start Up many people hated it to their guts and I found out that it was because somehow the second lead is better than the ML (Who becomes a punching bag to everyone btw), but in the end I felt like this is the least I've liked a second lead. Those who talk about character development this and character development that would also gobble up any nonsensical plot device had their favs been the main characters. I liked the story because it was a well written drama, but most people can't look behind their biases. Even I got called a Nam Joo Hyuk stan because I've liked some dramas he's been in and because I didn't like Han Ji Pyeong here.

I really like this drama. What other C Dramas or K Dramas (Non-Costume and Non-Historical) have this sort of plotline with the ML appearing like the SML at first, only for him to be the ML. Like Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, Start-up and The Best Thing?

I have a question, and because I feel like it will be a spoiler, I'll put it as a reply. Those who have watched more dramas than me, I hope you can help.

At one point Gong Ju Young becomes anxious about their relationship and acts kind of cold towards Ja Rim, and she starts to treat him like he did in the first episodes; she even follows him like a puppy because she can't afford to break up with Ju Young.

I haven't read it because the translating team discontinued the webtoon after the 86th chapter - the original is about 440 or 450 chapters long. But long story short from what I gathered, due to the misunderstandings caused by the red haired guy, they break up but get together again; with Ja Rim significantly changing her personality.

Apparently, according to the readers of the webtoon, the FL gradually starts to be like the ML, with her saying cute stuff to him. But because the second season is most probably never being made, I don't see that possibility in live action; and to rub salt in the wound, the original webtoon has about 450 chapters, while the English ones were discontinued after the 86th chapter. After reading the available material, I do think Park Ji Hoon does his role really well; I feel like the FL does it well too, but she feels to unemotional which works in a webtoon, but not in real life; so that is an issue.

Love Revolution is your answer. It's too cheesy, but I liked it. It was a different show.

I don't know which comment you're replying to, but if that comment was meant for me, with all due respect, what the actual fuck? Like when was it an offense to express an opinion on a piece of media? If I weren't interested in the second season I wouldn't have been waiting for the teasers and trailers. I was in it for the story they told. I couldn't care less about either Suho or the original webtoon because: 1. I liked the show, not the characters, and 2. I haven't read the webtoon. As I said earlier, what I wanted was a good story, similar to the first one. Weak Hero was a 10 out of 10 for me and I'd like it if it stays that way, and the trailer they dropped recently kind of raised doubts. I just don't want those doubts confirmed when I watch the show

I loved the teaser, but to tell the truth, the trailer felt meh to me. But I have hopes for the show. I haven't read the webtoon. I also don't have a big issue if Su Ho isn't here (I think he will appear at least for a scene though) but I do want a great story, and I have hopes they'll deliver. Fingers crossed. This is a talented cast.
