Still enjoying it so far 😁 I've known and read about omegaverse for more than 10 years, so seeing it brought to life visually is really satisfying to me, no matter how cringe some of the scenes can be 😂😂

Because in the novel that's how they start their relationship, they are in fwb for 4 years, then they date for around 2 years before breaking up.... But in the series, their fwb only last for 1 night 😂 before Luan Nian decided to date TaoTao...

I'm pretty sure some notice it 😂 most are also surprised that Luan Nian catered to her request in previous episode

I come from the novel, where we can read every thought from the characters 😌😌 But I admit the plot is already different from the start in the series since they completely put aside the FWB aspect, so I look at them separately... novel is novel, series is series.

Their whole relationship is unbalanced from the start and involves a lot of power play from Luan Nian. Honestly, for me, he’s the bigger problem even in the series.

Ep 4: This is where Luan Nian starts being manipulative. He knows she likes him and seduces her for his own self-interest. At this point, he also knows that he’s at least physically attracted to her. This is also when TaoTao gets to see how cold he can be, even towards his ex.

Ep 9:When he suggests that they try dating and, if it doesn’t work, they’ll just stop. From the beginning, there’s already a huge gap between their positions in life. She doesn’t see a future with him and has already assumed that they’ll eventually break up. That’s why, even after they start dating, she avoids becoming dependent on him, partly because she’s trying to stop herself from falling even deeper.

Honestly, I don’t understand why Luan Nian questions her wanting to keep their relationship a secret. He should know better than anyone how rumours can affect them professionally, especially her, considering she has only just started her career.

That being said, can't wait for the next episodes 😆😆 Jing Boran act so well as Luan Nian that it makes me questions my own judgement sometimes.

For the smelling pheromones thing, from what I know, pure omegas are usually considered as a late bloomer so most of them don't know until adult... - Ongsa also said most other families never explain this secondary gender thing directly.

I'm guessing no one bothers to tell him since he also didn't show any symptom. Ongsa also knows only because both of his parents has that secondary gender

Watched this drama while it was still airing T.T , the ending literally got me depressed like I knew them personally. I still remember how intense every episode was, I honestly think it did well in conveying the panic of being hostages for young girls. We can also feel the tension with them.

I also think it shows the politics well, the only reason all the other hostages are still alive was because of Youngro and Sooho involvement with politics. Youngro because of her father and Sooho because of his adoptive father. Cause let's be honest, politician don't really care as much about the people unless it's their family.

In the webnovel, PM Min is actually very very calculating. Heejoo once said, though PM Min has always been kind in public, he's actually more like nonchalant about things, he's not like IAn who genuinely cares, so at times there will be moments where he accidentally shows his dark side in front of Heejoo. So Heejoo knows how calculating he can be, she just didn't expect him to betray her.

I An did said in Hee Joo's childhood bedroom, it's his first time feeling this way. So I don't think he ever likes the QM that way.

BUT if we take it a little to the dark side...
since QM's family is high up, the only possible match for her is a royal. So Ian probably have an inkling she'll marry either one of them after graduating and that's why he's nice to her. It also looks like I An and his brother had other plans before the marriage and I An already prepare himself to marry QM instead and that's why he got mad at his brother.

Lol 😂, honestly if it's the latter, it will be quite breaking for a romance kdrama to have this morally grey character.

THIS!!!! I just hope they handled this well... As a teacher, I have the same opinion as ml. Of course he will listen and care for her as her teacher at the moment. The crush from her side is completely normal too, she's a teenager.

I think the Japanese language teacher dialogue about "remembering someone after years because of the spark" feels like a spoiler... Cause obviously with everything that happens to our girl Euijoo 😂, I'm sure the male lead will still remember her.

The one thing I cannot wait for tonight's episode is Heejoo's dad. Her dad was described as a living legend in the business world. I can't wait for Heejoo to show her chaebol power. Her dad literally holds the country's economy.

PM's character reminds me of the SML in "Love of Nirvana" 😂 the very pathetic kind... Honestly, the biggest shock for me was the little king knows about the will. Even if he's 5 years old at the time, I'm sure he remembers snippets of his parents argument.

Cause I read some comments not just here but on tiktok as well how some viewers cannot buy I An's feelings, so I'm just wondering which part did people not buy it😂

Thanks .. the end of episode 8 with him describing her as irrational number got me looking back on the meaning of everything 😂
