Okay, first of all, I loved it.
I found myself replying the 10 minutes over and over again until the next episode was out. I became so addicted to it. But let me got further into it:

The story: well, I gotta say, the story wasn’t something absolutely unique and difficult to tell, and nothing never done before. But it was still very well thought through, with a good concept and something you could good accomplish in 80 minutes. The pacing just felt absolutely right (even tho they had just 10 minutes per episode (storytelling is way more easier when you don’t have the limit of an episode like in a movie)) and not rushed, and you still felt connected with the characters cuz each of them got a proper introduction. It fully accomplished its purpose, the main goal was to create an easy going, little story which was pretty light hearted. (And the amount of cute jealousy and little interactions were sooo nice to watch)

Acting/ cast: my favorite criteria!
The actors were soo good, omg. The age gap of 9 years between the two main Leads wasn’t noticeable at all and the chemistry was insane.
The other actors were well chosen as well.

Music: that’s a point, which is not that high in ranking for me. It was good overall, but it wasn’t special. My criteria for excellent OSTs are if I can still remember it after sometime and want to jam to it, which wasn’t the case here, but still, while watching it fitted and made me feel comfortable while watching.

Rewatch value: this one is high again because like I already said, I replayed all the episodes already a hundred of times cuz it was easy to watch and made me happy.

Honorable mentions: I’m glad korea made the step and finally produced a BL series again (after (how it felt) ages), because Korean series have such a high Production standard and overall they never disappoint! I have to talk about the easy story telling again, cuz Thats exactly what they wanted to produce, and easy small story, since they made the step and finally produced a high quality BL series again (since I see so many people here who criticize this point.) they wanted to start easy. That’s also why this show was directed mainly to the non Asian viewers and to “introduce” some people in the BL world .I hope they won’t get turned down even if there’s bad feedback...

And yeah, that’s it :)

Soo, finally I decided to write a little bit about this masterpiece.

First things first: The story
From the first few minutes I was got so captured and I couldn’t let go anymore. The characters were so well executed and the pacing of the story was just great. As a person who read the webtoon I was skeptical at first cuz the whole progress of our Jungwoo turning crazy would be so hard to express. But the producers didn’t disappoint at all. At first I thought they’d change the ending but when the plot twist came- holy moly, I liked the drama version even better. It was even more of a shock.
THE MESSAGE: it stands over everything, it’s such an important thing to point out these days, mental loneliness is so deadly. And how everyone can get their dark side turned upwards when they’re around the wrong people.

The acting: guys when I say, this is high class acting, I mean it that way. As I mentioned earlier I wasn’t sure at first if they’d be able to deliver the same emotions that I felt while reading the Webtoon, but my doubts got pretty fast thrown away and i was so hooked up onto the performances since first episode. Plus the way the actors fitted onto the characters from the book- amazing.

Now my favorite point: The MUSIC.
Holy god dayum, I immediately downloaded every song from this show! That never happened before, since I’m also a high critic of OST because I often feel like it’s out of place, doesn’t fit here and there or in horror movies I just want to turn of or skip this creepy passages because it makes me feel uncomfortable. But in this drama, when Jungwoo walked through the dark and oppressive corridors and you just expect a jump scare around the corner, it made me keep on watching it, through the music I got so caught up in this.

Rewatch value: what can I say, I already rewatched 3 times and I’m sure there’ll be some more.

OVER ALL: A great drama with great actors, the right amount of splatter and an amazing message on top. What do you want more?
