We had to sit through essentially the same scene with Phatsa's sucky dad twice, but there wasn't a single scene between Sangnuea and Naphitch!? The writing just keep getting worse. The only thing holding this show together is the chemistry of the actors and they aren't even showcasing that!
Anyone else think he looks like he could play brothers with Kim Yoon Sik from The Prosecutor's Proposal? Like a long lost Thai/Korean family reunion type thing?
Trust him? There's nothing to trust or not trust. You've seen everything you're going to see out of him in episode…
I was talking about the character North, that Most is playing. He's either the director or the producer of the show they are making, I wasn't sure which. No issues at all with the actor North and was thrilled to see him and Otto pop up for a few seconds.
Well at least Vasin and Chat are rotting in jail. I will just pretend that bullshit scene where Phob kneels for forgiveness doesn't exist. Since the show would have been perfect without it.
I could really do without the cockfighting. I'm sure it is period accurate but its a very cruel thing and I wish they would have set those scenes somewhere else.
This episode was a whole lot of tell and not much show. The lengthy exposition was just not handled well and really dragged what could have been an exciting episode. I feel like they revealed the same information like 3 times and that just wasn't needed.
I'm curious why Bay's dad opened the same type of business as his neighbor. That just seems like a huge risk to your business right from the start. The other one is already established and has a customer base. I feel like there has to be something else going on.
I’m genuinely devastated for young Bay and Sun😭their dads really ruined everything
If I found out that I lost years with my best friend because of my dad, I'm not sure I would be able to forgive him. And this honestly applies to both fathers.
If they do a bullshit last minute redemption arc for Vasin they will ruin an otherwise stellar show. The ONLY redemption that would be acceptable would be if he dies protecting Phob. And I kinda hope Chat dies just so they are all free of his arrogant stupidity.
I am both sad this is ending and thrilled to see that awful old man get what he deserves. I really hope Naoya and his brother can find a way back to eachother after their father is dealt with.
I want to check this out so does it actually have both leads equally obsessed with each other because that's my…
I think "Hold on, Harutora-kun" might be going in that direction, though it's only had 2 episodes so far and it might take a few more for them both to come to terms with their mutual feelings.
I need the moms to do something about the dads. It was very clear that the boys were exhausted and in pain and the dads didn't think twice about them. Their petty fued is getting their sons hurt and sick and the moms are just letting it happen. Their older brothers also stepping in wouldn't be a bad thing.
Well at least one of them will get off those islands in the next episode. And the other will likely follow. It has been too much time with basically no plot progression. Character/relationship development is great, but the plot has been circular for 4 episodes and that is just way too long.
That obviously DL guy better not fuck with them.
