I wish this had a different director. I like the story so far and fiesty Nat and silly Max are great, but I just do not like the way this director shoots. All these single shot coverage moments that make it look like the actors aren't even in the same space and then that completely unnecessary wrap up at the end as though we didn't just see everything happen. I don't need a refresher on what I just watched. His style just isn't for me unfortunately. I hope the story and the cast can carry the show through.

I almost feel bad for Chat. His stupidity and desperation for his father's approval has made him alarmingly easy to manipulate and it might get him killed. If he wasn't such a dick to Phob he'd have my pity.

I dont think I've ever felt such disgust for a character. And this show gave me 3. That nasty old pyschopath, Sunny, and that other director who lets this all happen. I need them to feel unimaginable pain more than anything else. I've really enjoyed this show, but if they don't get what they deserve it might be ruined.

I really liked it, but I feel like I missed why they killed his dad. I know he was connected to the casino, but I don't remember them giving a motive for why they wanted him dead.

I haven't seen the original so I'm wondering if we'll find out what happened to turn that sad little boy into a complete nightmare of a man. I got bad vibes from the brother, but he was on screen for about 6 seconds so it's not a lot to go off.

Yes! The glitching is driving me crazy! And none of the other shows I'm watching on Gaga do this.

As sad as it was to see the first relationship get cut so short, I really like that the show is about finding peace and happiness after heartbreak and not letting grief keep you from continuing to live and experience more.

I love Pond and he's doing a great job, but I think stupid, arrogant characters like Chat may be my least favorite archetype. He's so easily manipulated and yet so confident that he deserves the world.

Now that this initial run is over, I really hope it gets picked up by an international platform. I'd really like to see it.

I really hope Peak and Pearl get another show with a stronger script. They have so much potential as a pair, both in their acting and their fantastic chemistry. They deserve a show with great characters and a solid plot.

That was one of the most compelling firat episodes I've seen in a very long time. And this isn't even a genre I tend to like.
