Ep 1 and 2 are testing my patience and goodness. Her “MOM” Saying to just forget it because of what people may say?! FU so called mother! You aren’t a mother you don’t deserve to be called that! And The police man telling the police woman that how did they really know it was not consensual when clearly you can see her distress and physical marks.
They deserve to be skinned and bathed In vinegar!
Also growing up half Asian half Latina doesn’t surprise me the parents ideals of the son deserve the best. My mom wasn’t like that but everyone around us had that disgusting mentality. Aaah yes your cousin Cesar can go out after 10 pm because he is a male even though he was 15: ooh you girls have to go to church before going to the mall but your male Cousins didn’t have too.
Dang she didn’t even know her husband, she is just really getting to know him.
What still surprised me how blackmailing Asian moms are, if you don’t do what the want they act like they going to kill themselves and the moment you do what they want they are okay and jumping around. Trying to redeemed the mom with flash backs will not work with me, as parent we have the option to parent our kids differently than how we were, and if your mom hated you for being a female you can adore your daughter and not repeat the cycle!
Ep12 chuchu NOOOOOO you were my favorite, you disgusting self centered witch!
Funny enough when I Watch My Mister being announced and promoted didn’t catch my attention at all. But I watched…
How is his character in that novel. I can’t wait for Weilong to get another big break like on GO ahead where he can show the world he can be more than just his typical character, broody gloomy self. Either I want him as the worst villain or a tormented tortured soul who cries and screams and wakes up at night with his soul broken.
He is my number one Chinese actor, my fave. I liked him even before he was that known and he said he wouldn’t do kissing scenes until he was older hehe (over the I8.) but I need more from his acting.
For those debating to watch or not to watch, this is my perspective/angle (different)......A remake/cover of any…
Funny enough when I Watch My Mister being announced and promoted didn’t catch my attention at all. But I watched a few clips of this and I was hooked. Maybe it was that IU represents her age and looked super gloomy in the clips, like a person that can be described she drags her feet, hanging in a tread. This girl looked younger and even tho her background story is horrible she looked hopeful not as dark. Kind of sunshine in a dark room, the kdrama felt like two suicided people hanging on each other(I haven’t seen neither yet, this is based on clips of both.)
why the hell u r dragging other fandoms into this? what iu fans have to do with a drama that has no connection…
I’m talking in general. Not talking about specifics. In this site like others you can’t say nothing without delulu crazy fans bashing you.
Example: I love Weilong and I said I hate how they box him in a certain character type expect in Go Ahead which actually he was the same serious, gloomy self until his story took a turn and someone attacked me. I said he is my favorite Chinese actor but that doesn’t mean that I can’t see his company sucks on picking his projects and characters he would play.
Same here someone said some scenes had sucky lighting and the same user that goes to all the comments to bash anyone saying the minimal negative went and said stuff to the user who mentioned the lighting.
I’m not defending the ones that attack anyone physically.

They are either new viewers or teenagers or just the type of crazy fans. You would notice who has too much time in their hands. Like literally you can’t say “ah the song was too fast pace for such a sad scene.” “That scene lighting was off.” They would call you a hater for just observing something and mentioning it, you aren’t bashing the whole drama just that detail. And they go to each comment and keep commenting like bots who get paid for it.
I love the scenery, most of the plot, the leading actors never been my favorite but they aren’t actors I dislike either. Love the collaboration. Two things I didn’t like: 1. how he kept pushing her away and not in a subtle way and she kept crawling back looking for crumbs he threw at her. DIGNITY, get some girl. 3. That they picked one of my favorite Japanese actor to be the secondary male lead and his character was adorable (that scene of him with his niece! 🤤.) I mean how can I not want him to be the end game? That was a cold ice bucket water thrown at me.
Would I recommend it? I mean yes to anyone who doesn’t love Sota, or like leading actor more than Sota.
I went in blindly after watching a clip when the FL invites the guy to a trip and he keeps quiet until she ask again. So to me it seemed like a SLHf plot so I go rapidly to Netflix and start watching it and what I never expected was to see my BF SOTA! Since last year I been seeing these type of collab but with this and sakagachi in another one they are gifts from the drama gods!
When I review I take in count MY personal preference not others.
If I dislike some tropes is friends to lovers and second chance and childhood lovers.
I seen so many Kdramas recently and do Korean writers don’t have unique plots? Why every single one I watched were childhood lovers. So I would of love this if they hadn’t taken that route! 🙄
Not going to lie, I shipped the ML and the SFL way more than him with FL but I guess that what the production filming their series was doing creating chemistry between them for the show. But I’m not going to like still didn’t feel chemistry between the leading actors. I stayed for the SFL who was corky and adorable and her relationship with the SML.
Is the lead I watch it hehhee but thanks for the recommendation.

Like wow FL is a b word did she really look for the ML after years of not talking just to ask for a favor?
Ooh no can you share what edit you watch to see if they reel me in?
