I rarely cry in dramas, and I’m a hard critic. While many call every drama coming out the best drama ever, I call it mediocre. I haven’t been watching Kdramas as often, simply I feel nothing good is being released. I watch more Cdramas because they release like 10 dramas a week. But this and Golden Spoon. Mind blown. I cried like a baby on this one. Golden Spoon plot was just unique and hard to come by. I never been a fan of Hyeri's acting but she was really good on this one, I only watched for the lead actor. I'm so glad I watched it. I was losing hope on Kdramas.
Just One observation: so he was way older than her? When she was born and Tae hee look around 7 or 8 years old.
No, it is an adaptation of a Thai novel. He never once says he's gay. As for Oppa, I assume it is international…
I’m just saw that. That he never said he was gay.
But I’m right on the Korean stuff even actors who are clothes designers said they are trying to bring the Korean style to Thailand. Also even Golf (hehehe not this golf but Mike de Angelo brother) in a vlog said to an assistant look I’m a Korean boy cause of his new hair cut, the assistant said “NO you Thai boy not Korean boy.”in a mad way . Also is not just oppa tho, they try to talk in Korean. Like in sentences. Like I said is not in all but some.
Very.... Hmmm how to say this? the plot was, not original. Also, only in Jdramas will an adult male go out with a high school girl and the parents will be yay okay with it. I have seen a few, one was even a policeman which totally weird. I have seen teachers, policeman and now firefighters. The romance was very light, like every other jdrama/movie the girl is very naive and immature. Makes me wonder if Japanese girls are like that in real life, because most Jmovies or Jdramas makes them seem like that. This girl whole world change with meeting a man who was just nice to her once, she totally fell in love with him. A few words said by him and not even directed at her, she changed. Also, what I notice about Jdramas or J movies which the romance is the main plot there is really no romance development. Like I said she feel for him right away, she didn't know one damn thing about him. She learns one thing about him almost at the end. She didn't know if he had siblings, his favorite color or anything of that source and they jumped to "dating". I know probably a few will call me out for saying this but I found the little brother a bit of annoying lol. Another thing I notice is that finally I saw guys in a jmovie/drama who dressed their age hahaha like usually these Japanese actors are dress in clothes that looked they inherited from their grandparents, twice their size too hhahhaha.
I’m just starting this but tell me why this seem like a adaptation of the Kdrama with Lee Min Ho where he said he was gay but he wasn’t. Also why the Soju? I seen many Korean things now in Lakorns also how sometimes they say like Oppa or stuff like that. I seen it grow and grow as the years pass by. I will leave a more detail review when I finish it but ohh boy will I have many things to say hahha
Are you guys ready for the ridiculous names they will use? The translation I mean! Hahaha like Squishy Peach, flat shovel, what’s the most ridiculous names you guys seen translated?
I just finish Golden Spoon and to me it was 9 out of 10, this is an 8.6 and Golden Spoon is 8.1. Do you recommend…
Hahaha nope I watch every type of drama, romance, fantasy, thriller, horror. But I’m very picky, I mean I watched around 1000 dramas so why wouldn’t I be hahaha example this drama has an over Used plot, I started it for the visuals, so far I dropped it. Maybe later I will resume it. So far the last thriller drama I truly love was Mouse and Flower of Evil.
Ooh it’s cause what we all look (the three people beside you in this comment section) is where the girl like the guy first. Also not all people fall that way in real life, some people may get a crush with a cashier in a store, someone they don’t know at all, they may go often just to see that person. That’s what we call one sided. The type of “love” you say is mutual love, there’s he likes her so he does the chasing , she likes him first she does the chasing. In real life like you said I didn’t like my now husband at first we didn’t even talk but he liked me already, same goes for my daughter the guy that likes her first didn’t know her that well but like her smile, when she smile in class. Later on they started talking. But he liked her first. Same with me and my husband. So love in real life is not just, the meet and see how things go. Maybe in other countries there’s arrange marriages and that’s how it normally works, like they have to build the love.
Confirm in the drama?
