Any soul out here that can tell me if this has secondary couples, who are they and a bit of their romance. Like who like who first, do they stay together? Thanks in advance.
Okay first I have to clarify that this is a MGTV drama and their subs suck, so I can only review to the best I can and to my understanding. Okay with that said. This was a very cookie cutter, carbon copy plot, and when this happens, I just enjoy the cast. The leads were so good looking in my opinion. I simply enjoy looking at the actor, especially the male actor. Their acting was okay, but they didn't need more for the type of drama this was. I started this because I love one sided love (she likes him first) with happy ending secondary couples and this had this. But I didn't understand nothing of their story hahaha. Okay from my understanding (subs) He knew her since before because he asked her why she was in town and her parents would be mad to know she was in the United States. But what were they? classmates? friends known because of their parents? Also not many scenes together so I didn't enjoy their romance as much. There's a third couple which it was noona love mutual love and it was just okay. Overall I didn't hate it but didn't love it, it was okay to be a fill in drama.
Don’t worry you aren’t alone I feel the same way about more natural faces! I feel bad about it sometimes also if I don’t find them personally good looking I won’t watch like you said that the only thing I think about and get distracted. I’m not saying I’m beautiful what I’m saying I simply don’t find them good looking, some people here In the site get mad and call me ugly if I say I don’t find someone good looking I’m like “when did I say I was beautiful.” Lol
She doesn’t fall in that category she is more this ephebophilia (sexual preference for late-stage adolescents, typically ages 15 and 16) but if he is older I don’t know what it is called or if it’s even something because 18 he is an adult: If he is a college student is not illegal age wise but morally and ethically wrong:
Ooh I totally agree :) specially in Chinese dramas where even an actress can have up to two dramas out at the same time. At least in Korea the recycle their actors more some actresses don’t even act in a year or two.

Review: Over hyped drama. I'm not easily impressed, and I am very picky. This wasn't something we haven't seen before. We had a smart queen or princess before who fight to not be step all over (The red sleeve), so this queen wasn't unique in that sense at all. Once you seen one historical drama you seen them all. You will get the evil family who wants to kill the king or crown prince to become the next one. People who help those evil people. All the episodes were the same, plotting and talking, the concubine and Queen Dowager against The Queen and her kids and The Queen and her kids against the previously mentioned. I did whatsoever love the love of the queen towards her kids, the scenes of the brothers bonding and the mini romance between the crown prince and his princess. So again, Overly hyped drama.
hehehe I am and I don't like losing time watching a drama when I can watch another one I will love hahah. I mean we all have things we love or hate, no? ;) Also I been watching asian dramas for more than 15 years and the past few years I was over the leads (unless I really love both actors) and focus on secondary couples more.
