I love the scenery, most of the plot, the leading actors never been my favorite but they aren’t actors I dislike either. Love the collaboration. Two things I didn’t like: 1. how he kept pushing her away and not in a subtle way and she kept crawling back looking for crumbs he threw at her. DIGNITY, get some girl. 3. That they picked one of my favorite Japanese actor to be the secondary male lead and his character was adorable (that scene of him with his niece! 🤤.) I mean how can I not want him to be the end game? That was a cold ice bucket water thrown at me.
Would I recommend it? I mean yes to anyone who doesn’t love Sota, or like leading actor more than Sota.
I went in blindly after watching a clip when the FL invites the guy to a trip and he keeps quiet until she ask again. So to me it seemed like a SLHf plot so I go rapidly to Netflix and start watching it and what I never expected was to see my BF SOTA! Since last year I been seeing these type of collab but with this and sakagachi in another one they are gifts from the drama gods!
When I review I take in count MY personal preference not others.
If I dislike some tropes is friends to lovers and second chance and childhood lovers.
I seen so many Kdramas recently and do Korean writers don’t have unique plots? Why every single one I watched were childhood lovers. So I would of love this if they hadn’t taken that route! 🙄
Not going to lie, I shipped the ML and the SFL way more than him with FL but I guess that what the production filming their series was doing creating chemistry between them for the show. But I’m not going to like still didn’t feel chemistry between the leading actors. I stayed for the SFL who was corky and adorable and her relationship with the SML.
I asked for recommendations of broken traumatized male leads, who later fall for the FL who are their anchor and saving grace. That they feel sane and can breath only with the FL around. This was a recommendation even tho this wasn’t quite like I asked for as they both were each other anchors I want the FL to be the ML saving grace . I loved this. Love both younger actors and love the older version but my favorite antihero was Hyeon Mu, loved him. He was the misunderstood manipulated by his father kid who only wanted his dad approval. He wanted a hug and tap on the head. Not abuse! Loved that it was a happy ending for him because he found what he wanted, a family. Great drama! That will be remembered by me because of a character I grew to love even tho I disliked him at the beginning because I too misunderstood him.
I think the filming was already finished. Sorry for my bad english
They been releasing many of movies that were already film and on hold for her DUI. Sadly after her death not when she could see she could work again, If it’s true this is pre filmed and in the vault maybe they will release it too.
I keep coming back to see if this get a kdrama or Cdrama remake, considering it’s a original Lakorn not a remake of a kdrama Or Cdrama it’s pretty good, one of my favorite considering that most Lakorn I seen are very violent, have messy Plot that make no sense, no character development. Maybe I have no luck when picking Lakorns.
Where can I watch this subbed?, so I watched this already but it’s been years and the sites watched this doesn’t exist anymore . So I wanted to rewatch it.
YT has it but the subs suck cause it’s automatic machine CC.
I couldn't agree with you more, 40 episodes was waaaay too much we could have told the story with less ,and still…
I write and I know is easy to judge authors and writers. Example on one of mine I had all the plan set the main plot. From beginning to end but the hardest is the dialogue, and describing a world that only exist in my head. The little details how the floor in the house looks. I was writing this two leads that by destiny could be together, I added a SML and let me tell you I fell more in love with him hahaa so I Ask my husband and brother in law should I change the ending! They said Nooo. You had your story all map out. If I was a Chinese writer I would have the freedom to do the weirdest crazy changes hahah

Omg I even forgot to mention BZ. Exactly all his adventures with our lead girl with heavy interactions like how many times they both saved each other. I really even thought that in one reincarnation he was going to be his fiancé or be some important part of one of her lives. Chinese writers need to learn how to divide their episodes to have well developed plots. Is like they start writing a plot and mid they want to change it or another idea pops up they wrap up the first story and start the second one and forget about the characters from the beginning and mid the second story they remember and have to just wrap it up just spit some bullshit or throw some plot for those characters that don’t fulfill us because they didn’t even put their all. OR they are just sucky writers who are lucky to be writing dramas. Example in this one have less episodes or well divide episode to have great multiple reincarnation plot lines. Sincerely I was even thinking why was him always getting kill by her why can’t it never be him killing her. I didn’t even whine more about other things I didn’t like because how butthurt people get in This platform. Don’t feel like getting to arguments today.
Is so hard reviewing anything on this site without being hated. Either because you liked it or not. I review things based on many things and all of those things are based on personal preferences, I don’t care who likes those things or not. No one has to agree with me. With that said.
This was an okay drama, I’m a Seven Tan fan. Since The Fox’s Summer. But even as her fan I know all her dramas won’t be masterpieces or amazing. We will get misses. Things I didn’t like: •The ending •I like the chemistry but the kisses or just there kisses (sincerely at times it look they didn’t even touch lips.) they were pecks. •At times I feel that I love the Kdramas format of only getting 12 to 20 episodes because Cdramas fill their dramas with unnecessary plots. And we know they do that for ad placements, commercials and overall well, money. Some dramas don’t need 40 plus episodes. The writers at times I feel they don’t know how to do good timelines. Is like we have three stories, like on this one, we explore the reincarnations and some of us may have one favorite one and they summarize it in 3 or 4 episodes and we are left wanting more and we could care less of the main plot that we had to watch for 20 plus episode (I love some part of the main plot but some made my eye roll like the training part with the ghost and challenges.)
Overall I liked it but I seen better from both leading actors and I can’t for more Seven dramas!

Like wow FL is a b word did she really look for the ML after years of not talking just to ask for a favor?
Ooh no can you share what edit you watch to see if they reel me in?
