I know little about Chinese dramas hahah
Because of the magic and powers used I don't watch. And because I don't watch them I wouldnt remember the names of the dramas I saw In previews. I try watching some but the over use of magic, fairy like girl she with powers and sorceress made me stop watching them. Sorry but I can't stand the over the top flying and stuff. I think the only historical one I have watch Is this one and the second version of eternal love because they had just a bit of magic use. If you know Chinese historical dramas with no use of magic or no use of it please let me know.
Just no The kings woman because they have too me off about how melodramatic it is.

Just yesterday did a see a video of this on dramafever Facebook, I tagged my friend who is Chinese because she is always looking for new Chinese dramas to see. But like me she is picky on how much fantasy those the Chinese drama has. I start watching today at 9 am and I just finish with episode 16 I just wish I had waited until it had more episodes out because for the first time I'm obsessed with a Chinese drama.
in my opinion on the 16 episode the magic is minimal. I don't like the whole flying thing and powers when they fight in other fantasy dramas and that why I don't watch chinese dramas that aren't modern genre.
I love Han jiang story and romance.
I was enjoying He Yen story but the whole meeting the girl on his tribe and her messing with her marriage is kind of making stop liking it.

Too much magic? Compare to other Chinese dramas this has just a bit . I mean on the 16 episodes I seen. Also this comes from a girl that won't watch Chinese dramas because they have to much fantasy and special effects.
I think only the prince that Is half human and his mom had shown that side of magic. Oh the girl in the globe thingy and that bad guy with the snake cane. But is only their story that shows magic but not like the whole episodes they are in .
He Ye story hasn't shown any and also Han Jiang didn't show.

Like they were in a hurry to finish, like when they finish a drama because they had to cut episodes. They tried to make their love seem greater than it showed all those episodes when they were teens. It felt more like a crush than love. I mean for both to be waiting for each other all those years. The only romance I felt between them Was the kiss and his letter.

I just didn't feel the romance between the leads, the scenes between the second lead and hers were more intense. Not physically but things he did for her. The confession, the poem. The leads felt like friendship than a crush but not a love that would wait that time to be together. Maybe more scenes between them when they were older. But like always it seemed she loved him more.

Not the best or worst drama, if you want to watch a great youth drama watch A love so beautiful. It has the best romance and friendship development.
Now this one I gave 7.5 because the romance was almost not exciting, one kiss in 24 episodes.
Also many may find waiting almost ten years for a guy cute and adorable, I don't! that is a waste of your life waiting for a guy that doesn't even contact you. And I mean waste it because she wouldnt even date a guy that was with her for two to three years being a her friend and treating her right. What makes her think he didn't sleep around or dated. For me I just dumb you don't need to sleep around but at least give other guy a chance.

I just don't like it, is something is not my type of genre. Also I don't like when they pair older man with younger woman like Entertainer when is more noticable. My husband is 7 years older than me. I would never date someone way younger than me. But I don't judge those who do in real life because I don't see them daily hahaha
I only watched one episode of this because of that age thing.

For me this was perfection!!! Loved everything about it. From beginning to end. Is going to be hard for other dramas to top this at least not in the upcoming months.

I have watched only a few animes in my life and this is one of them. So when I see that one of the animesi have watched Ian going to have a live action I jump out of joy. I just feel a more special hahahah

How can Sung yeol sign up to be in such a long drama? I hope they don't have to kill him off because something comes up mid drama.
That's the reason most Kpop singer get killed on dramas because the have concerts and such. Or they only do short dramas to survive all 10 episodes heheheh

What a pointless drama! Is like it had no genre because it wasn't really comedy nor was romance the friendship didn't make me cry or have fussy feelings beacuse it wasn't that special. No bromance because they confused you if it was more than that or not.

I find myself not liking most of the new Korean dramas I'm watching a few religiously when I used to watch them all week.
This one may be kind of cheese and super fantasy but is better than others I was expecting more from. So for comedy I'm watching this heheheh

It reminds me of the American movie with Mel Gibson what women want!

If you like historicals with more political plot this is for you. The romance was almost none exciting so for me it was boring.

I'm giving this a 10 because I love that it had a different type of ending from all the dramas with this topic. I love unique endings.

It had the potential of being a 10 for me! The whole I don't like you but than I fall for you are my favorite topics in dramas. I got chills a few times in this dramas the same level like in Another Miss Oh. But in the contrary than in AmO this had a lot of breaking up and getting back together it got on my nerves.

I actually like the second lead more I wish she had stayed with him :(
