Episode 11 Omg I dislike all of them, I liked Vivian character until she started help Xiao Qi character who is a cheater and money hungry who is doing the possible to stay with the old man money YUCK, the guy who was her lover is a cheater and weak man and his GF a crazy lunatic. YI Fu was okay at the beginning until he once made out with a girl and yes I give him credit for stopping and in top of that being drunk and stopping usually they use that as an excuse, but I was drunk but I was disappointed he went back to mommy because of course he can't be nothing without his mommy and daddies money and also lied again when he had to go and talk to the girl his mom tried to hook him up before meeting Vivian character and started lying to her when he was with that girl. I keep praying the money hungry disgusting woman would get caught cause she is YUCK!

Last episode: So, I stayed watching for Vivian love story, but omg I dislike both at the end. Since the beginning he had a rule no dating more than three months, she made him promise they had to pass that mark and stay together. He cheated, He made out with a girl in a bathroom and when on a work meeting kiss the girl who his mom had set a blind date before dating Viviana's character. The one he had not gone to the date because he almost ran over Vivian. I get he was a trashy man but I also didn't get her reasonings for breaking up, She wanted him to drop everything for her and he did. She didn't care about his status before why care about the differences they had when he proposed!!! She was so scared he would ran away and get cold feet and she was the one that ran away. Xiao Qi girl you had a sad past story but that doesn't excuse what you did. We all have the option to do good or do bad, still dislike you even when the writer tried to redeem you.

I been watching Asian dramas for over 15 years so I been watching the different stages. But this is literally making out, him in a freaking towel on his waist only and him kissing her neck that was only watched in movies not dramas, also asking her if she wanted to come in the restroom when she knew darn well he was only in that towel and saying yes. when even a few years back it was gasping moments when they heavy kissed. There was a few that even had nudity like what 3 years and they were heavily critiqued in Korea! You remember how they bashed its okay not be okay because of how open she was about wanting him?

And we started to get this heavy making out or sex scenes when Netflix, Hulu and Prime started to invest.

They haven’t released who will play the ML’s brother? After all the FL was in love with him for all her life, and important part of the story,so I’m intrigue who will play him.

This is not male chase female first she liked him since the beginning and would even imagine have fantasies about him. She plays a les to keep the job.

Like I explained I like a well balance drama. A drama can be great with a great plot being slice of life or learning journey and the sub plot be romance but well balanced. Like I also mentioned Dazzling Cdrama it was promoted as a romance but it was more about learning journey. It was 90 plus percentage of the learning experiences than romance.
So don’t click bait and promoted as full on romance, get me? Some here said they did the same with this one that trailers was based on romance, that’s a no in my book.

With dramas like that I prefer no hint or any romance at all. Example action or horror if the drama will not show romance at all why promote it as romance and then they don’t even get together, I prefer no romance at all in those cases. Like if the drama exceeds of 70 percent or more just on the horror and throw us crumbs of romance don’t even promote it romance or clickbait us hahaha

Exactly it’s misleading, same thing happened in Dazzling the trailer, the most viewed one made it seem like it would be a heated romance and it was more slice of life with like only three last episodes of them confessing and dating.

omg thanks @MOntfan2026 I came looking for a comment who talked about the romance and how is it going so far and its already 21 episode and the romance is not good or even like happening then?. I notice this is happening in many chinese dramas now, like they are like 30 episodes and no romance until like the 5 last episodes, like not even build up flirting or hand holding nothing for 20 plus episodes.

Jesus what happened to the kdramas with only hand holding and bunny kisses hahaha I was even blushing on that last bathroom scene. You can totally notice which dramas platforms like netflix, hulu and prime invest in.

I also understand No Ah feelings, she is scared the story will repeat. In a relationship when you start to feel more about accustomed to something, like in this case is not love but being accustome to someone so is truly not love that is when you and your partner have to revive the flame of love. That is what she meant with working together not just dropping your partner. Like once you don't feel those butterflies when you see your partner arriving to pick you up you have to ask why.

I came to see what this about and read the comments just to find he died!! like another weird death of an actor in China? Like if he was sick why not say it why stay quiet and said he died in his home but to not ask more?!!!

A waste as many dramas can even become more of a hit based on a secondary couple chemistry. They steal the show if the leads can’t deliver. Waste as there is many brothers in the plot who could have had a great romance with great chemistry. I mean is 4 brothers besides the leads. Many secondary couples have stole the show, and is not meant to be like that but just some leads don’t have the right chemistry.
But some writers just focus on the leads mostly because of lazyness. I work for many authors as PA and been for years in the Novel business, I know how it works.
