What was the. novel ending that made it happier? This is my favorite drama of the year due to chemistry of leads and different story line that stood up through the entire drama.

1). I think it's a plot point to move the story along and they used the excuse of no one knew she was going to steal the Emperor's pass as, of course, he could have just inform the exit gate to not let her pass no matter what she used as a reason. 2). He has a lot of resentment toward his father for allowing his mother to be framed and then forcing his son to acknowledge his new Empress, the one who framed and got his Mother killed as his new Mother.
