Why did they advertise this drama with KS and MR as the main couple? This drama has been about JH and his three love interests more than it ever has been about KS after they introduced JH character. This has been more about JH’s redemption from a sleaze ball into a innocent wide eyed wholesome 🤮 character that any 1960’s family oriented tv show would be proud to have on their show and that is why they never developed KS character into a man that will proudly stand up for himself but lets MR fight his battles for him. So I guess the apple of his eye is about JH and now YJ…maybe the third time will be the charm. 🍎 🍏 🍎

She looks to be well off so the “sick” card doesn’t cut it. But then I’m not 15 years old and my family hasn’t always painted this witch into this kind loving mother that didn’t want to leave JD.

I’ve not watched this weekend’s episodes. Decided to wait for the last episode to air so I can fast forward thru this stupid arc they have going on.

I was thinking how ridiculous that they’ve made JH into a Gong but how appropriate it would be if DNA tests are done and TK is the actual grandson thru Strawberry. Somehow he and JH were switched at birth and now she finds out she has treated her precious Strawberry’s child like dog doo on her shoe all these years.

I haven’t watched this weekend’s TRHC based on what other people have said. I will finish it once the last episode airs so I can FF thru this garbage of that piece of garbage being grandma’s lost grandson and her accepting him with no DNA proof.

Episode 6 when Jang Hyun saw the barbarian with the dagger that he had given Gil Chae hanging from his belt and Jang Hyun thought Gil Chae had been killed and that he was the one that sent her to the island to be safe, only for her to perish, my heart broke. 💔

I kept thinking this week that the writers of AOME and TRHC must have had lunch together and discussed a similar plot that would kill their shows and piss off their viewers and went with it.

How did I miss even thinking about Yeon Jun being the person locked up? What you said makes perfect sense because he is obsessed with loyalty and at different times since the first battle I’ve thought he has acted half crazed already.

In this whole situation the only people I feel sorry for are TK, YD, and Haneul but mainly Haneul. The adults can make the decision to forgive and forget and accept that snake as family even knowing all he has done, but poor little Haneul has no choice because unfortunately as of now he is her bio-dad. IF this is not a scam, Haneul is going to have a cousin that unfortunately is her bio-father. Mommy is married to the daddy that loves Haneul and was willing to give up everything for her and her mom but he will now actually be her cousin. That was confusing to me just thinking it. This still has to be a scam. The family can accept it all without DNA proof on JH but the messages the “nun” sent him before becoming Strawberry’s daughter leads me to believe she isn’t on the up and up. I haven’t seen today’s episode so my opinion is based on what others have posted so if my info is wrong I apologize. But to me there is no redemption arc that will ever make KJH and JSJ into good people. Both have serious mental issues that need to be addressed before either could be redeemed.

I vented several times yesterday including when the sister in law chose to go on a date with a cute guy for coffee as opposed to keeping her promise to her mom and KS to make sure she was with JD when she met up with a total stranger. And then in the preview for Monday she is all upset that JD now has a phone that costs over $1000. Maybe had you shown up, as promised, this “stranger” might not be buying JD everything she could ever want but her dad couldn’t afford to give her.
Also, the writers overnight changing JH’s look so he looks like and acts like a wholesome character that could fit into a 1960’s family tv show and letting sis-in-law fall in love with a man everyone knows has problems except her. The whole former hooker girlfriend should be enough to question what diseases he may carry. He has anger issues and, at times, physically constrained MR along with being a master manipulator. Sis-n-law has a right to know these things before she gets in deeper. If she knows and chooses to continue then she went into the relationship with her eyes wide open and can’t ask why no one told her after the fact.
I vented about bringing back the bio mother so JD could be devastated for a 4th time by her so called mother. How much more emotional and mental anguish can they lay on a 15 year old girl that has suffered these 4 losses in only 10 years. There are adults that couldn’t withstand that no less a child.
So you aren’t the only one venting. These last two episodes have had a surreal feel to them as they seem to be chopped up and pasted back together and then there was the time jump that left us all scratching our heads.
I’m still hoping this is a concussion induced nightmare/dream and KS is still laying in the hospital bed. I mean the guy did take such a hard blow to the back of his head it caused a laceration on his forehead that was bandaged and bleeding at the hospital when there was nothing the matter with his forehead at the scene of the accident. (Sorry just thought that was comical when I saw the blood soaked bandage at the hospital.)

Full disclosure: when I said “it was only just a dream” all I could hear was Nelly’s voice singing it in my head and now it’s stuck there like an earworm. 😬

I asked that yesterday when everyone was pointing out it was like KS being the doctor and the patient in the other bed that maybe it was a clue that not all will be as it seems and is a fake.

We keep waiting for the storyline about KS actually being the chairman’s grandson so what if somehow she happened to find out about that and has proof and she is here for her share of his good fortune?

I have said several times my only hope is this is a dream/nightmare that KS is having while laying in the hospital unconscious. The nightmare is that, even tho SJ is supposed to be dead, she still comes back and starts buying JD all the things he hasn’t been able and still can’t afford to give her. Then she will announce KS is not the father and take JD away from him. The dream is he really wants MR’s family to accept him as MR’s future so in his dream that is what has happened. He wants to ask MR to marry him and so in his dream state he makes that nightmare of a proposal. And then he wakes up and we all breathe a sigh of relief that it was only just a dream. That is my hope and I’ve got to hold onto it because these last 2 days episodes have sucked. I told @Sher1264 this afternoon that this is the first day since I started watching that I didn’t even care when they would put the subs up because I was so disappointed in the show when I didn’t even have a clue what they were saying so wasn’t really caring about seeing the subs.

Either way it wasn’t the look of a mother who hasn’t seen the child she loves for 10 years.

But what a way to end JH’s new Leave It To Beaver wholesome character. 😂😂😂
