I’m waiting on the translation on that part particularly. Is her brother uneasy because KS is just a caretaker so he’s worried KS isn’t good enough for her and might be a gold digger? Is he worried because he thinks MR will transfer her feelings of leftover love for JH 🤢 over to KS and get hurt? Or is he mostly afraid that if MR meets someone else and falls in love his chances of having JH in the family are zero so JH will never be able to take over his position in the company so he won’t be able to write his screenplays on company time away from his control freak wife?

Good thing Man-Seok doesn’t know me or I’d be on his list of lousy people too. 😏

But everything SJ does is with the intent to make trouble for MR so if she walks in on that accidental hug she will be Speedy Gonzalez getting to the chairman’s room to tell him how sinful KS and MR are “isn’t that right, Harobaji?”. Uggh I really don’t trust her as far as I could throw her.

I won’t be surprised if HS isn’t plotting something himself so that’s why he clued HR in on the situation. We all know MR is just HS’s type from when he hit on her when she first started at the academy.

From the preview looks like hurricane HR has entered the building and reminds MR that she still isn’t done with KS or whatever warning she gave MR earlier. My hope is one day KS walks in on HR berating MR about KS and all h*** will break loose and KS will finally break that final tie he threatened to earlier when HR refused to believe he wasn’t in love with her.

Or maybe it will be JD that witnesses it and she will make HR regret it in JD fashion. When KS is yelling at her she will tell her dad what HR was saying to MR and KS will finally realize he can’t even be friends with HR anymore.

Sadly there wasn’t a man in the family she grew up in that would have taken the time to do such a menial task as to wipe off her wet shoe and make sure it was completely clean and dry before placing it back on her foot when he finished. Her heart melted being cared for like that. Mine did and it wasn’t even my shoe. 😀

Amazing that JH was in and working before anyone else. Since big D sent his woman to acting school guess he doesn’t have anyone to take his time away from working anymore.

I guess what bothered me about chairman saying that is KS could have had a cushy high paying job working with HDF but turned it down when the chairman offered it to him. And asked instead to find his wife for JD’s sake. If he was plotting he wouldn’t have turned down the office job. He accuses them but big and little D are plotting the downfall of his company. i don’t think for one minute either of them has changed overnight into this loving father/son duo. When they are together the family love is so fake.

I guess when you live with a gossip monger you pick up her habits. Sadly he can’t pick up any good habits because she honestly doesn’t have any. On days like today I wish I could say “liar liar pants on fire” and her skirt would have busted into 🔥 🔥 🔥. 😂😂😂 Sorry, I think I’m getting slap happy.

Yeah, she must have been really impressed with him. Grant it, JH is cute but unless his personality does a complete 180 his attitude kills his cute little 15 year old face.

I don’t see CR and DH as a couple either but as you said they will work together as a team to give MR the best life they can, as her mom and dad.

That scene was hard to watch especially with queen B sitting there shaking her head like she didn’t believe a word he said. She is so afraid someone is going to take a dollar from their family that doesn’t belong to them. My mom used to say “greedy guts” and I think that is SJ!

I want a show down between brother and sister Dong! He’s treated her like a servant and made her raise his son so she really deserves a life now away from him even tho she gets on my nerves. 😬

Watching the preview for tomorrow it is amazing to me that big Dong wanted nothing to do with auntie dings bakery from the start but now he wants to tell her who can and can’t work for her? That ship sailed months ago, sad excuse of a brother, so go back to your evil planning at HDF and leave auntie alone because looks like she has turned out to be a fine business woman!

The letter got me, too. When the greeting was Ms. Ok, my heart broke but those tears were just some of the many that slipped from my eyes today. It was an emotional but well acted episode and, unlike another show we watch on the weekends, we know tomorrow is going to be better still. I’m sure there will still be times we shake our heads but today was the high point for me so far in this drama. Even tho I despise SJ and the chairman right now.

You and I, two great minds, one simple thought, because I was thinking KS go wrap your arms around both of them from behind MR.

That would put the chairman in his grave. Heaven forbid he have an ex-con married to his daughter even tho he would be much better to her than big D. And I wouldn’t have to hear auntie whine DH’s name anymore.
