I kinda hate that it's following the original show............. it was on its way to become like a 9 but now it's…
IT'S FREAKING 2025..... WHY ARE WE STILL TURNING TRANSGENDERS INTO VILLAINS. This harmful trope should have died out by now..... truly appalled and disappointed. Kinda transphobic as well. Stop villainizing trans people..... also, why is nobody talking about this?
So far my only complaint is the episode about a character with an eating disorder, cause that's not how that works. Girlie desperately needed psychiatric help to overcome it and even then it still stays with you in some sort of way. They totally didn't handle that one correctly.
Ngl the last episode deserved to be more ridiculed and hated on. Everything else was an interesting makjang trainwreck that was sooo entertaining. The people responsible for the last episode (and a half) should take some more writing classes and courses.
all of the voice actors are korean, plus a part of the animation was produced in korea
I don't know where you got the information from that the animation was produced in Korea. It literally was Vancouver & Montreal. Canada and not South Korean at all. No Korean studio was involved in making this movie. Besides, not everyone involved in making this movie was Korean too. The voice cast is though.
Why is this on here? Why is this allowed? Because if there was one Korean animated that should be Lost in Starlight for instance. That actually has not only an entire cast of Koreans but it's also entirely made in South Korea, unlike kpop demon hunters that has mainly been created in the United States and animated in Vancouver & Montreal. Also, titles like these were never allowed before. I don't like the double standards simply because something is popular. Add all Korean animated movies to the database then or none at all.....
innocent until proven guilty... maybe learn about it and take a look at the case with open mind, your hatred towards…
This one honestly deserves to get shit on because he ain't a good person. The only reason he got away with is due to a fucked up judicial system (not the only country that suffers from that). But he is really nasty and going after the victim was not okay.
Is the Great Shaman Ga Doo Shim as good as this one ?
I really liked that one, sad that we'll never get a second season of that one now. But I do think this one is more wholesome and heartbreaking at the same time.
It's also very different story wise but still very much a recommendation in my opinion.
I liked it. But I think we can all agree that Squid Game/Netflix/Covid-Streaming Era has somewhat ruined kdrama…
Covid streaming era hasn't ruined kdramas & multiple seasons, although rare, have been around before covid even happened. Welcome to Waikiki, Mrs Cop, Voice, Let's Eat, Chief of Staff, Hello My Twenties, Arthdal Chronicles, Save Me, Bad Guys, Vampire Prosecutor all had multiple seasons before covid happened. And none of them were made by streaming services. Most of them did only have two seasons but a couple had three seasons as well. So this is simply not true. However, it has become a lot more common in recent years (after covid and with the rise of Korean content being made by streaming services).
this question might be a little bit weird, but I've been wondering about this for a long time... Does anyone know…
Probably because it's the given English title. So it's more of a weird translation thing since the native Korean title doesn't include it all. But that's only in this case.
I really should have listened to everyone, but I thought y'all were exaggerating. Or being dramatic. You guys weren't...... this was bad like really bad.
It's also very different story wise but still very much a recommendation in my opinion.
