Ok, I am okay with the storyline but the Chinese x Thai x English language mash up was done right. Nobody pretend to understand everything and magically became bi/trilingual unlike some bl.
We got almost 1hr long x12 episodes from Taiwan with proper script, director and casts and people still find the time to nitpick on how the series deviates from the novel and I find it appalling. It's call adaptation and NOT carbon copy of the novel. I have watched my fare share of badly made BLs and this is NOT one of them...not even half. It deserves at least an 8.5 🌟

It has character development, element of surprise, the director is directing, the editor is editing, etc etc. There is an ease in story telling and engaging to the audience. I couldn't ask for more.
