I believe this is based on a webnovel. I actually read the first chapter and what you said is true, it feels like a slice of life drama. These months, a lot of historical dramas were released so I am kind of sick of them at the moment. I am truly hoping they would keep making these kind of dramas like Dazzling with different plot but the same vibes because they feel like home. You know the warmth that you feel when you're in your hometown.
