yeah the translation is kinda vague at times. I guess shes more hurt and angry that KS wouldnt tell her. As i said further down with how she was lied to in regards to her previous relationship and also later her father. MR atleast isnt angry for long and carry grudges. But i hope it makes KS wakes up realizing he might lose her.

Knowing how MR was lied to and used in her previous relationship, she deserved better from KS. I'm disappointed in him.
