Im sorry im a bit confused with ur question. What is blurred here like a child? She only dates one person in this and that is deng wei. Even if she loves someone else she isn't with them. Its not a love triangle coz they dont fight to get the girl,however they do all have feelings for the fl. They have their own storylines and the story is more focused on the journey of the female lead rather than a love triangle.
Same why must they declare that they aren't interested when they didnt even watch it. Who are they declaring it for coz genuinely no one asked. They can just go watch something else.

No its because he doesn't deserve her. he is power hungry and marries a lot of woman in order to gain power. He even tried to assassinate tu shan jing coz he is too obsessed with her and hates the thought of her liking him. He thought he could protect her but ends up hurting her instead. Thats why the title is called Lost you forever.

Shes gonna remain as a boy for 16 eps so her identity would likely get revealed in ep 15/16 because she doesnt become a girl immediately after but becomes a girl in ep 17.Not sure tho. Im assuming the peach blossom in ep 17 on the calender is when she becomes xiao yao.
