In order to switch or leave her agency her contract needs to end first, how hard is that to understand? When u sign into an agency you have to sign a contract for a certain number of years. Too bad it doesn't always work like that in the entertainment industry. Only the lesser known ones have to audition for roles but ppl who have fame and who are recognised by directors get the scripts given to them and then they get to decide whether they want to film it or not. If she got the script given to her then that means the director wanted her to play the fl role. In other cases if u have connections/nepo baby u can get the job/role without applying/auditioning. U don't know which criteria she applies in so theres no reason to put the blame on her without knowing the truth. I'm not her fan so i don't follow her but I'm sure her fans would know more about how she chooses her scripts.
