Lips start getting smaller from age 20 so i'm assuming ur kids are younger than that so its natural for them to get bigger untill they reach their maximum size although that is quiter rare but after 20 their lips will also decrease in size by 1% every year.

I don't know if u know this but lips tend to get smaller as u age since less collagen is produced. Seemingly she was 19 here and shes 29 now...what do u expect!? I never said plastic surgery is bad but assuming everyone has plastic surgery is a bit hipocritical don't u think?
