Which is worst? Breaking up with a note? Or sending a text wishing them to be "unhappy" for the rest of their…
I really don't know what to think about this anymore. Sometimes people hurt others without being aware of it. But since Ji Woo experienced a similar devastating break-up, how could he do the same to Seo Joon? He knew exactly how much it will hurt him. That's honestly terrible. There is no excuse for it.
What is the screenwriter doing? Ji Woo doesn't love Seo Joon and makes it seem like he still can't get over his…
I don't know how Ji Woo can redeem himself at this point. He most likely will. But I have the feeling it will only happen in the very last episode. That's just lazy writing.
I'm pretty sure they will save it at the end. I just don't know if it's worth to suffer so much until that happens.
Oh, if Ep 1 is too depressing for you, then better stop now. Ep 1 and 2 were rather slow, confusing and depressing with all the flashbacks. Ep 3 and Ep 4 were more enjoyable, but now we are back to the suffering.
i just dont understand what the scriptwriter trying to do here with how they potrayed jiwoo. why they make him…
Ji Woo was similar annoying in season 1, but he was also very cute. He had undenieable charms. Can't see that in season 2. It's not good if as a viewer you ask yourself why someone would fall in love with that guy.
Thoughts on ep 5 and 6. First I must admit, I was apprehensive to come to the comment section, cause I didn't…
Same. The writers got it wrong. They developed a nice and round story (so it seems at least) with many different and new character who fit smoothly into the whole picture, but then they forget to make one of the main leads appealing. Ji Woo was also difficult in season 1, but he was a bit more expressive and pretty cute. In season 2 he looks like he is dead inside.
I'm very understanding when it comes to characters who hurt others because they have a problem with themselves. Sometimes you just can't get over your own issues. That doesn't mean you're a bad person. But here they are going a tiny bit too far. Ji Woo was the same dramaqueen in the first series, but it's really hard to watch this time, because everything gets dragged out more since the season is longer. Not sure how they can save it at this point. Nothing was resolved. The girlfriend-plot obviously was introduced for a purpose, but everything is just getting worse because of it. Even if Ji Woo finally opens up, I think it's too late. To make the viewer suffer for so long, it's just not a good decision storytelling-wise. People will get tired of it.
Yin improved so much. What happened? I think his acting is better than War's, and we all know War can act. I'm honestly baffled. Didn't expect the series to turn out like this: such great cinematography, nice acting, nothing cringy, good music, no stupid sound effects, complex plot, and then even 18+?
Another thing I wanna address is that I se people saying that the new characters are useless. But HDS literally…
No offense, but how people misinterpret the whole child-disappears-plot is mind boggling. A CHILD WENT MISSING. Not an adult. I don't have children my own, but I had to care for my nieces and nephews. Imagine my niece went missing! That's not the same an adult went missing. This just showed how Seo Joon cared, and what sincere person he was. I could feel the desperation. You will never overcome it in your entire lifetime if a child can't be found anymore, because YOU didn't pay attention. Somone could have got her, raped her, killed her. There are enough psycho pedophiles out there. Sure, he was desperate when Ji Woo went missing too, but that's something completely different.
Not sure why "Beyond Evil" is now recommended on this page. It was only Semantic and TMS the other day.
It seems the filming locations are the same. Beyond Evil is a different genre, but with a strong bromance. The atmosphere created by those ordinary people in that small town is similar.
So the previous episodes' rating was 12+ and the upcoming ones are 15+. Just saying.
Why do you know the previous episodes (1-4?) were 12+? It says here on MDL 15+ for the whole series. Same with s1. @Aroma66: 15+ just means a kiss like we saw it in Ep 4 I think.
I'm gonna be honest -- hoping no one will be offended -- after watching ep 0 I had NO expectations, like: I assumed…
People were excited, because the love scenes were pretty nice. I never managed to watch Ep 0 without skipping parts, but for some stupid reason I thought the series would be better. The actors have charisma and good chemistry. I thought they would use that well and give us a decent story. But nope.
Hwang Da Seul is one of my favorite directors she made the best BLs and "Where Your Eyes Linger" is one of my…
In WYEL they didn't dare to kiss so much. It was the first Korean BL back then. They were just testing out the waters. People tend to forget that. We are still at the beginning of discovering the potential of Korean BL.
Grated it's a trope I hate (bisexual men exist dramaland!?!?!!!) but this was already pretty clear in season 1…
People are so harsh on this series! Since it's Korea, I don't expect them to talk so explicitly about sexuality. The first season was one of the first Korean BL after Where Your Eyes Linger and Mr. Heart.
I thought it was pretty clear that Seo Joon was gay. Ji Woo seems to be pansexual.
But who cares at this point? At least not everyone and their dog is gay like in so many Thai BL series like My Secret Love where everyone from friend group 1 is falling in love with a guy from friend group 2.
